I started my diet last week and I've already lost 1/2 a stone.
Basically what I do is;
-Eat 3 meals a day, but don't finish them
-Drink water, nothing else
-No snacks
-Dance work out every day:-)
I think I'm going to be a lot happier now:')
I weighed 7 stone, now I weigh 6 and a half:D
really commited to this aswell:-)
