The Sounds Within Silence
Chapter 4:
 

"Not today, not now. He cant, he cant!" She said to herself, in hope that he
could hear her voice. Though, she could barely hear her own voice over the talking
and beeping. She couldn't bear to watch him suffer, his life hanging
on by the red  thread that connects them.
She looked down, and put her hands together. "God, i'm not very good
at this, I don't normally come to you..." She swallowed hard. "Please, give Max the strength to overcome this. He wouldn't even be in this situation if i were more careful. I'd do anything for him to survive through this. Please god.. Save Max! Amen..." She realized she'd been holding her breath this whole time. She let our a big sigh. She tightly held the cross again. "Mom, are you there? It's me again. Is there anything you and i can do?  For me, for him.. he's all I have left. I love you mommy."

He had no idea what was going on, or how much danger he was in.
He felt like he was in a dark room, but faintly heard Illiana's voice calling out to him.
"Babe, where are you? Please come find me.. someone explain what's going on..
i can hear, but why cant i see? I feel as if i'm watching myself from the outside, like im not even in my body.." He didn't feel pain.
He felt weightless. The only thing he felt was heartache, because he couldn't find Illiana. "Is anyone here? I feel like no one can here me, Illianna WHERE ARE YOU!?"
he shouted with all his heart and soul. He finally understood
what was going on. He was dying. He faintly heard a familiar voice. It was her mother's. "Hello?!? Melanie? I-Is that really you? Ohgod, maybe i really am dying.."
He heard her voice, he was sure of it. He still couldnt see though. "Max, You dont have
much time. Illiana is waiting for you to open your eyes! She's all alone, and she needs you. Try, with everything you can, to hang on to that thread. Try with all your might to open those beautiful eyes that she wantes to see, so badly! The fact that i'm able to talk to you, isnt a good sign. Now hurry up and get back to her! She misses you. I'll talk to you again soon, Let Illianna know that I got her message, okay?" He smiled. "I will try, as hard as I can, I promise."

She was filled with anxiety. "Open your eyes..Open your eyes..Open Your eyes.." she kept repeating it. Until finally, he started to make noises. She shot up from her bed, and hurt the incision wound made on her stomach. She blocked out the pain. She wouldn't miss this moment. "Come on Max..I know you can do it."
She hadn't stopped crying, and couldn't control it anymore. She let out a scream. "PLEASE MAX!"
And after that, he opened his eyes. She was filled with so much joy, the nurses had to hold her down so she wouldnt spring up to go hug him. Everyone let out a very relieved sigh. He said to her, "babe, I came back. For you. Oh, and your mom told me to tell you that she got your message."
Yet again, she broke down into tears, and gave him a huge smile.
She looked up, and spoke quietly. "I love you mom."
Then, she made a promise to Max.
"No matter what, neither one of us leaves without the other, promise?"
"Promise."

My writing kinda sucks. lmao, ohwell, deal with it :P
