You'll get through this. You CAN change and you WILL. I've never been through that myself, but I imagine throwing away any blades you used to cut yourself is a great first step. Don't be ashamed. It's amazing that you even admitted what you did and you know it's not good for you and you will change it. Find something else to help instead of cutting. Something HEALTY. Draw or write poems, or excercise. Maybe go for a run. It will give you something to do and get you away from knives. Plus, excercising emits chemicals in your brain that put you in a good mood. Or use witty. I'm sure any of these witty girls would be willing to listen and try to help.

I hope your doing better, I know what its like to have a relapse. I want you to know no ones leaving your side. We all are here for you and if someone says anything mean or hurtful to you, well they don't know your life or the difficulty of it. So stay strong and continue to get better. Take this road one step at a time.(: And if you need anything I'm here and so are your witty sisters.<3

dont be sorry...everyone makes mistakes, i used to cut to, but there u have to figure out there is no reason to. it feels good while ur upset but then the next day you have a big ugly scar on you...trust me i have a huge one going down my arm from cutting...

dont be sorry its okay everyone goes through hard times we wont forgive you because there wasnt anything ever to forgive for u didnt do anything wrong your just letting your feelings out but you need to find another way of doing that rip a pillow or something but dont cause yourself more pain

your strong beautiful and a wonderful person, so don't think that everyone is going to hate you. you made a mistake that's what makes us all human. just as long as your working hard to stop (and you are) that's what makes you a dieicated person and a wonderful role moddle. i've gotta go through a lot of things: my parents fighting, school, friends, stress. but as long as you stay true and strong and don't care what ppl think unless they are complementing you on how amazing you are you shouldn't be ashamed. LIVE OUT LOUD, STRONG, AND YOU'LL BE BEAUTIFUL!<3 <3

Never feel alone, i was a cutter for about a year till someone found out, ive cut too deep once and i lost lots of blood on top of me being anemic. i didnt tell anyone that i hurt myself and it really got me in the future. i stopped cutting about 3 months ago and today im fighing cancer, watching my elder dad stay healthy watching my family lose our house and i lost the guy i love after 14months. I havent cut in 3 months. if i can go through all that i know you can. There will always be someone here to listen even if its a stranger. I promise
