Dude, just about everybody in my mom's side of the family has breast cancer (I could be next) but I'm still gonna watch the movie... And I'll probably laugh at the stuff they do, too. :P If the movie is offensive to you, no one is making you watch it. :)

the movie is based off of one of the main characters best friends and how he got cancer had to shave his head and the weird things the two did when he had cancer. The movie is not a joke it's legit.

no, the guy does have cancer, he just didnt want to lose his hair like other people. so he shaved it.... understandable that you would be upset though, my grandpa died of cancer too. :/

that's not what the movie is about! it's actually a true story.. seth rogen was telling what it was about; when he was 20 his friend got cancer and they didn't really think it was that big of a deal and then they realized that it was so they lived there lives to the fullest and made a joke out of it cause they guy who got cancer wanted it to be that way. he didn't want people feeling bad for him, so he looked at the positive side.
