its not that scary. i've been using them since day one. i've always seen pads as the back up plan. think of it this way, its more comfortable to shove a skinny little tampon up you're vaj, then shove a huge baby out of it(;

Don't be afraid to use them.
Use the Teen Sports tampons. Those work out best, trust me.
But don't be scared, honestly there is nothing to worry about.

Tampons are superior to pads. Pads suck. Wearing one is the most disgusting thing I think I've ever experienced.
