No, I don't. If you want the relationship to start, you should make the first move. If the guy wants the relationship to start, he should make the first move. However, if you're both already in a relationship either of you should make the first move. You're both a part of the relationship, you both should contribute to it. Besides, guys like when girls are confident enough to take charge sometimes.
