PART 2

The woman walked in with a tray filled with a scrumptious selections of cakes, scones and biscuits and a big teapot and two cups.  She had some clothes draped over her arm.  “Here we go, sweetie, put these clothes on and we’ll have some tea and call your mum.” she said, placing the tray on a table in a room to the right.  Juliana took the clothes and headed to the bathroom to get changed.

When She returned, the woman was already sitting and gently sipping on her tea.  “Oh, hello again, care for some tea or biscuit...or maybe a cake?” she smiled.

“Yes thankyou,” Juliana replied happily and sat down on the black lounge.

“...So your parents,” said the woman, “do you have their number, or something?”

“Oh, yes, I do.  It’s 96051938,” Juliana replied.

“Okay, I’ll just be a second and call her,” said the woman, before walking out of the room.

Juliana just sat patiently, sipping her tea and nibbling on some of the delightful sweets the woman had set out for her, and almost jumped when she appeared at the room’s entrance saying that her mum would arrive soon.  “She’ll be here in around half an hour, but for now, just enjoy yourself...do you want to watch TV or something?”

“Um, no thankyou, I’m okay...but can I ask you a question?” asked Juliana.

“Oh, yes, sure.  Ask me anything.”  said the woman.

“Could you tell me your name?”

“Oh!  Sorry Juliana.  I always forget to introduce myself.  My name is Alison Graym.  Just call me Ally,” she said sweetly.  “Now do you want anything else?”

“Haha no thanks, I have everything I need already”

“That’s good, if you get bored have a wonder around the house or turn on the TV or something.  My house is your house”

“Much appreciated...I’m really sorry for all the trouble I have caused you.”

“No, It’s okay, you looked like you needed it.  So Juliana, it seems like something is bothering you.  Do you want to tell me about your day?”

Juliana told Ally all about her horrible day and how she was bullied and got horrible marks on her maths test and how one of her friends had abandoned her when she really needed her.  Meanwhile, Ally nodded and added some advice where needed and was very polite and understanding.
