I feel bad
for
you sweetie,
You met a really great girl. Sure, she isn't
anything like your "die hard, party hard"
friends. But she was real. She was
fun. And most
of all? She cared about
you.
She was
there for you when your uncle was in the hospital, she was
there for you
when you were bummed about skiing, she was there for
you when you missed
your friends who had moved. She listened to your problems,
did anything to make
you laugh. She never complained, except once. Out of five months together, she
never demanded anything from you. Out of five months
together, she felt like the
luckiest girl on the
planet. In the universe.
Her world revolved around you,
and
that's why she got hurt. She made the mistake of placing you
at the top of her list
and expecting you not to hurt her. Did she ever once make the
top of your list? Or
was she just another pleasure in your life? When you
broke up with her, she cried.
She expected you to be fair, b ut you
didn't give her a chance. You wanted to be
with your friends more, because for some bullshit reason, you
felt like you couldn't
mix her with your friends. Maybe you're right.
Maybe she was too special for that.
She deserves the attention and effection of a boy who would
do anything for
her.
You'll regret it. When partying is just another thing in your
life, and you realize you
miss the girl who shined
for you, do her a favor, since you never
really did before;
don't talk to her. Don't look at her, don't give her any idea
that you care
again.
If
you were dumb enough to
leave her in the first place, she's smart enough
to never go back.
