People who think they want certain problems they see romanticized online, I think, do not actually want those problems....They just want the idealized version they see in pictures...You should not want to add a problem to your life, just because you are bored or you think it will make you seem more interesting. It wont. It will just complicate your life even further.
People who treat really serious issues like quirks or games, are so offensive, and sadly, most of these people are so self centered, they never stop to actually think about how badly they influence others. If you lead a nice, simple life and you do not have really serious problems, like anorexia, or bulimia, or depression, or self harm, or suicidal thoughts, or self hatred, you should appreciate it...
Because chances are if you really woke up one day and were actually faced with the grim reality of living with one or two of these problems, I bet you would change your mind instantly and no longer desire to have them. You think you want depression or a mental illness but you dont...Because once you have these problems, there is no on and off switch.
Many people die from depression and the effects of mental illness and being sick, and it is just really sad and unfair...So next time you treat these issues like cute little traits that will make you more popular, really think about it before you decide to say you want these problems, and dont pretend to suffer from them...It does not look as cute as you think it does
