- Prologue -
Jessica's POV
*ring, ring ring* my phone rang for the 11th time of the night. I already knew who it was. Maybe I was happy that he decided to call me. But maybe I was annoyed, and tired of who he's become. Or maybe I just wish things were the same. I don't know, I'm not one to overthink things, so i guess I'll just go to bed.

As I wake the next morning staring at myself in the mirror, I began to study my appereance. Green eyes, Dark brown hair, tanned skin, 5'4, and a girl with a great body. I'm good looking, I have a great personality, but, why did he do this to me? If you're wondering who "he" is, "he" is my "boyfriend" that cheated on me at a party on saturday, with one of my closest friends Anna Brown. *Flashback* As I walk into Jakes house I huge smell of alcohol hits me in my face. "Hey," Anthony said. A cute guy from my biology class "Hey," I replied. "So, um, would you like to dance?" "Sorry, I-I'm here to meet Ryan. Any idea where he is?" "Um, sure, I think he went upstairs to get his phone from his jacket or something," "Thanks, catch up with you later"
As I continue up the steps The sound of a girl screaming of pleasure is muffled by the sound of the music.. And to my surprised when I opened the door, I found Ryan. On top. Of Anna Brown. I ran out of the room as fast as I could, holding in my tears. I could hear Ryan calling my name, every step I took. But, Everytime he called my name, a peice of my heart was just begging to shatter.
*Flashback ends* "Jessica! You're going to be late for school," I hear my mom calling out from the bottom of the stairs. "Sorry mom, coming down in 2 minutes."
And there I was. About to go to school, to face the person who has hurt me just 2 days ago. And honestly, I was going to do better than him, no matter what it took.
