I'm not hungry...
I haven't eaten much the past three days.
I've been at sleepovers and
I barely ever eat at other's houses.
I'm not sure why, I just don't...
I'm scarred though. I'm not hungry at all,
when I should be starving...
In fact, I feel great, a little tired, but great.
I'm afraid I'm turning anorexic...

I know this girl, her name is Brittany J. Bower and she's only 18.
She's a family friend and she just graduated from high school.
I just saw her a week ago and she was completely fine.
A few days ago she caught a head cold...
This morning when she woke up the left side of her face was paralyzed.
She can't close her one eye and can't control the left corner of her mouth.
The doctor said that she was attacked by a virus...
She may never have complete movement of her face back...
Please, keep her in your prayers.

About six months ago my father's heart was only working 10%.
The average heart works 55% to 70%.
My dad was only 36, but heart diseases run in my family.
As of today, my father's heart is working 39%.
Hearts don't normally heal this quickly...

My father has a heart condition.
His heart is weak and he has a high risk of going into cardiac arrest...
Tomorrow he's going back to the hospital to get some tests done.
We're going to find out if he's begun healing yet...

My mother thinks that if she tells me something bad
about myself it won't be as painful since she told me
instead of someone telling me it at school as a cruel joke...
She doesn't realize that it hurts more coming from her
since there is no way I can convince myself that it isn't true.

My dad is supposed to wear this vest,
It's a defibrillator that's on the outside of his body.
He has a heart problem...
Normally he wears the vest, but
It gave him a rash.
Now he isn't wearing it when he's home,
He seems more comfortable without it on.
Only now I'm freaking out since
I am the only one home with him all day...
I'm scarred he's going to go into cardiac arrest,
And I'm not going to be able to save him.
