Chapter 19 (Logan's POV)
"Aaron!" I whined. I still couldn't believe what I just did, at Jewel's house. We're ignoring it for now, but I can feel the awkwardness.
"What, Logan? You never call for me unless you want something"
"Yeah, advice bro"
"Advice? Are you thinking of being an architect too?"
"Ofcourse not! I don't know about my future yet!"
"Then what?" Aaron gets a milk carton and drinks straght ffrom it.
"I confessed, unintentionally, man"
"How exactly?" When he asked me this I just buried my head under my arms.
"I thought her brother was her boyfriend" I muttered. Aaron spat some of his milk and started laughing.
"Dude!...It's that...Jewel girl?...How in love are you this time!?" He was laughing like a maniac. It got me mad that I even came to him for advice.
"It's not going to end up like Helen, bro. I swear, she's Helen's complete opposite"
"Is that even a good thing?"
"Of course it is! Helen was heartless and cold!" I stood from my seat because of the frustration
"Dude, I'm sorry. I know this Jewel girl is different. When I spoke with her on the phone, she sounded like she wasn't at all confident of herself, almost like she thought she was useless" Aaron patted me on the shoulders.
"How did you notice that? You were practically prank calling her"
"Dude, I'm on witty! And by the way did you change my password? We're sharing that account for a reason!"
"But I made some really personal quotes..."
"Dude! People will start doubting we're girls!"
"We made it unknown. And you have 150+ followers already so it doesn't matter"
"Whatever, by the way Kenneth is coming over"
"He's like a genious right?"
"Yeah, he's the same age as you but 100 times as smart!"
"Anyway, it'd be cool to embarass you in front of your friends" I smirked
"Shut up, Logan. You got nothing on me!"
"Please, I'm the one who looks more like mom, so I'm more popular with the girls than you"
"Mom is a girl, you have a babyface! This face" he pointed at himself "Is a manly man's face" And he grins
"I swear, I don't know how you're passing your college"
