   What in the world was taking them so long? Girls and their little outfit picking consuming time. That sounded stupid. Whatever- I was getting mad, I couldn't wait anymore. I picked up my phone and dialed Aubrey's number "No time! meet you outside in 2 minutes hurry! what is taking you so long?" ME? I was ready 30 minutes ago! I just let it go. I grabbed my Jansport backpack and ran outside trying to spot the girls.

   I finally saw Mark across the street while Michelle saw Mike near the pool also waiting for us. I grabbed the top of Mark's backpack and pulled him close, I inspected what he was wearing. "We are going for a good picture right?" I laughed. "Oh shut up" he grinned " I see you look nice... uh yeah sure you too Michelle" he forced out. While Michelle was to busy anyways. "Don't I always?" I said battering my eyes "Sure whatever, but aren't you cold?" He grinned. "Not really" I said, He laughed. I loved that laugh, It just always made my day.

   I lied, Aubrey was beautiful. I noticed Michelle and Mike kiss first, then we started walking. Me and Mike were following Aubrey and Michelle while Me and Mike were just talking about what we are going to do on Saturday. Apparently Mike was taking Michelle to the movies. I was going to my football game. I heard Brey and Michelle talking about the morning shopping they were going to do before Michelle and Mike were going to the movies. Girls and shopping Huh? What's up with them?

   "Thanks" she said looking down at her shoes. We spent about 10 minutes rummaging through my closet trying to look for my outfit. Finally we found the cutest little outfit that we both agreed on and loved . We picked out a grey long sleeved tunic, black leggings, sparkily silver flats, silver hoops, charm bracelet, our Friendship bracelet, and the sterling silver friendship ring Mark gave me for my birthday 5 years ago. Engraved inside it said 'Forever Friends- Mark&Aubrey'

   I looked down at my friendship ring and sighed, I hoped Aubrey would wear hers today. She almost never wore it. I remembered the day I gave it to her we promised each other we would always wear it till the day we die, Hahah the promises we kids made. Anyways the only reason why she never wore it was because of her ex-boyfriend Jason, It was obvious he was just jealous of our close friendship. Stupid jerk.

   I looked at my ring and smiled again. I loved how me and Mark were always together just always, everywhere. I took off my ring and reread the inside out loud for Michelle to hear too "Forever Friends- Mark&Aubrey" "I love how you guys are like Milk and Cookies! You know Mike says you guys should totally go out." She said with a grin. Ugh this again. Mike and Michelle were going out, & They were the Perfect Couple. Except for the fact that they would always bother me and Mark about going out.
   I was glad I could finally wear my ring. My ex Jason would get all jealous of it. Whenever he saw me wear it he would tear it off and ask why I didn't wear the
   ring he gave me. Stupid stuck-up Jerk. I remembered how we broke-up... He cheated on me, with my ex-bff Brittany. Eww I hated that slxt. I grabbed my backpack and raced downstairs with Michelle grabbing my phone and 2 granola bars, while Michelle went to grab her tote off the couch.

   I turned my straightener on, & started doing my hair. I was finally ready, well not really- I needed to get dressed but I didn't know what to wear. I immediatly called Michelle, Michelle was my Bestie since 1st grade. She was my girl, I loved her. She finally picked up "hello?" "hey come over I need help" I said rushing "k be there in 2 minutes". When she came I heard her thudding up the stairs on the way to the room. "It's open!" I yelled. She opened the door, & I scanned her outfit- she was wearing light blue skinny jeans, white ballet flats, a blousey white top with ruffles down the center, her Signature 'M' necklace, silver ring, and the Friendship bracelet we both bought ourselves when we were 9. "Cute outfit love the shoes!" I said smiling.

   "New Text Message" my phone ringed, "Ugh" I groaned. I looked at my alarm clock- 5:07. I picked up my phone and read the message 'Wakey Wakey it's picture day 2day look pretty -Mark' I giggled Mark was my Best Friend since Pre-K. I loved him like a brother, he gave me the best advice, & he would always be there for me. I knew nothing could get in between us. Ever. I decided to get up now, even though I hated getting up for school this early. I walked into my bathroom washed my face, brushed my teeth, and did my every day morning routine; Concealer, Powder, Mascara, Just a tad of Eyeliner, Chapstick, & Lipgloss. I smacked my lips together, looked into the mirror once more then headed back into my room still smiling because of the cute little text Mark sent me.

   I waited for a reply from Aubrey, but nope nothing. Nada. I got up and looked at my reflection in the mirror, I looked like my regular self on picture day. "Message" I grabbed my phone, 'Hey dude wazzup redy 4 school? - Mike' I quickly typed a message to reply 'yea but gotta wait 4 brey' Brey was me and Mikes nickname for Aubrey, and she used to hate it but shes gotten used to it because everyone started to call her that. "Message" 'ahhh ur future girl?' I read across the screen of my phone, I shot back mad 'wtf? u know she wud never think of me like that!' I hated when people would always say that me and Brey were 'meant to be' because all that did was broke my heart, because there is no chance.
