So today, i was bullied again.
i was told to go back to Cuba. and i know many people wont read this, but it would be extremely nice if you did.
i don't like giving alot of information about me but im from Cuba. it took alot of work to get here, America. Some loser, told me to go back to Cuba. theres a line, a line between saying shut up you idiot and go back to Cuba. thats just racial and very rude. i dont know why anyone would ever say that.
What happened
This idiot was making fun of my friend Lindsey, he was flipping out at her and i stood up for her. later that day, he texted me saying he wanted me to delete his number, and i made sure i said i would never text him. EVER after all the things he said about my friend Lindsey. (he was calling her a B*tch and all that kind of things girls never want to here) we argued for a while. nothing really hurt me until the moment he said go back to Cuba,
thats when the tears began to fall from my eyes. i couldnt believe some one could say that.
IM DONE WITH THE RACIAL JOKES! IM DONE!

3 steps to lose weight quick and healthy.
1) Develop a higher metabolism rate. You can do this simply by exercises. Try the basic strength, aerobics and cardio exercises for at least 20 minutes a day. If you don't get exercise often, start slowly, add a few minutes to your routine each day!
2) You do not need to cut down on the amount you eat. Just cut down on foods that are high in calories. Eat healthy foods. A way to eat the same amount, is to divide your meals into more than just 2 or 3 times a day to 6 or more. I'll explain why, when you eat often your rate of metabolism increases, which then burns calories faster.
3) Get a freaking happy, up-beat, workout playlist! And have faith in your ability to achieve your goals.
Useful tip: Drink lots of water, dehydration slows down the process of burning calories. Water is also good for healthy and glowing skin!
