I need you help. There's this boy (I know, isn't there always?) and he is my closest guy friend, but I also think I may really like him. We were in the same class last year and there were rumors of us dating; NONE OF THEM TRUE. After that we both stopped talking to each other hoping that the rumors would go away, but we ended up just not talking period. This year we have become close friends. At the end of this year, he gave me his phone number and we text each other EVERY SINGLE DAY. We never say goodbye, only goodnight :).
I really started to "like like" him after yesterday when
we were texting he said something insulting to me and even though we were both joking, when I said it hurt my heart he said aww don't worry I'll send a kiss to make it better. Now i don't know if he likes me as just a friend or more. Should I make sure we stay just friends or should I shoot for something more? I need your help! Comment with advice!

i just started liking him but i've always loved everything about him
so now i really like him but i can't risk hurting her...
