and then there's that one crush
you know the one. the one that gives you butterflies. the one you watch in secret, you know you can never have him- he's too popular, he's dating someone else, he's too old for you, he's famous... but you can't stop thinking about him. everything reminds you of him. you tell yourself to stop- you'll never be together. but you can't. he's just so perfect, and his imperfections make you love him more, and it goes on and on, and you wonder, years from now, will you still be like this, will you still wish you were his? and you just don't know. and the fact he's so perfect and you can't have him, it encompasses you, and it slowly depresses you, even if you don't realize why you're so sad, and life seems dull, and you cry for no reason. and finally, finally, you accept it. or at least you say you do- until he does something that makes you love him
    all over again.

It All Started with a Tweet- Chapter 117
"Did you know that in month two, our baby is the size of a BB pellet?" I said, flipping through the book on my lap.
"Have you taken your vitamins?" He asked, and I shook my head no, biting a carrot stick. "Here, catch," he tossed the bottle of vitamins on to the couch next to me. I scooped them up and took one.
"What are we doing today?" I asked, as he walked around the apartment picking up stuff.
"Talking about the future. Do you want to get married before the baby?" He asked, walking in circles. "Do you want to tell people your pregnant?"
"Um, I'm not sure," I said, closing the book quietly.
"Well what do you want?" He said, still pacing the room.
"You're making me dizzy," I said, and he stopped suddenly.
"Sorry. I'm just..." He started pacing again.
"Freaking out, I know," I said, reaching out to grab his hand as he passed. "You need to sit, and we need to talk," he nodded, sitting down next to me. "What's wrong? You haven't been yourself lately," I brushed the hair out of his eyes.
He laughed bitterly. "What's wrong? Really? What's wrong is I'm going to be a father at 19 years old. What's wrong is I'm an adult already and I don't want to be. What's wrong is I'm trying to make these adult decisions, and your sitting here like it's some freaking vacation!" He threw his hands up in the air and stood up to pace again. "I'm not ready to be a dad. I'm not ready for this. I'm not ready to be making decisions about when to get married, before or after the baby?" I let him pace back and forth, absorbing the information. I looked at the window, seeing the sun stream in. I knew though as soon as I walked outside, it would be bitter cold. It wasn't a warm sun.
    "So what do you want?"
"I don't want to make any decisions!" He yelled, and I flinched. "I don't know if I can do this." He sat down in the chair on the other side of the room. "Don't come and comfort me. Don't push the hair out of my face and tell me you understand how I feel. Because you don't. We are polar opposites." His words stung, one by one. He couldn't possibly mean what he said, right? He was just stressed out. My legs started to cramp up and I stretched them out across the couch. I heard the thunk of my pregnancy book land on the floor. It was silent, both of us in seperate corners, not saying a word. He put his head in his hands and sighed, leaning forward. I pursed my lips, trying to think of something to say. Say something, anything.
"I'm..." I said, standing up. I brushed invisible crumbs off of my pants. I walked into the bedroom and yanked a pair of jeans on. I stuffed my feet into a pair of Uggs and grabbed my coat. Wrapping a scarf around my neck, I grabbed my keys and phone off the table. "I'm going to go meet Katie, at the Coffee House." I swallowed, waiting for a sign of him listening. "I'll give you some time to think. Call me..if you want." I think I heard him say okay, so I walked out. I climbed into my cold car feeling numb.
"Katie?" I said, when she answered the phone. "Can you be an awesome best friend once again?"
    "What's the matter?"
"I'm having a melt down. Over Justin's melt down," I sighed. "Where are you?"
    "At home, come on over."
"I'll be there in ten minutes." I stopped on the way to grab coffee. Decaf for me of course. I didn't bother knocking on the door, I walked right in. I was instantly hit with the smell of chocolate chip cookies. I walked through the house to the kitchen, and that's where I found her. "You, are the best," I say, reaching out to grab one. "Here," I said, my mouth full. I handed her the coffee.
"Aw, you are the best," she said, breathing in the smell of her favorite dark roast. "Now spill, what the hell happened?" I filled her in, explaining how he shut me out, knowing instantly what I would do to get him to talk to me.
"Well, at least you can know that he knows you by heart. What you would do in certain situations. Do you want your baby Elena?" She asked me, and I stopped chewing to think for a minute. "Do you want to get married before this baby, if you have it? Do you want to get married at all?" She sat down next to me. "I know your scared. I know your putting on a brave face for the world, and especially for him. Because deep down, you have no idea what you are doing either."
"The baby's mine, Katie. I want my baby." I said. "There was never a doubt about that...I don't think anyway."
"You don't have to do this Elena. You don't have to pretend that you know what your doing. Not with me."

It All Started with a Tweet- Chapter 116
"Congratulations Elena, you are infact pregnant." The doctor said to me, moving the little remote around my belly. I looked up at the screen and smiled, that was a picture of my baby. "Your about a month along, and your projected due date..." she clicked some things on the keyboard. "Is October 23rd," she smiled at Justin and I. "Do you want to hear your baby's heart beat?" I nodded, looking up at Justin. He smiled and held my hand tightly. "That is your heartbeat mama," she said, the clicked a button. "And this is your baby's," a thumping sound filled the air, and it brought tears to my eyes. "Here, have a tissue," she laughed. "This is usually what happens, it's a very touching moment in your pregnancy. I'll print these out, and give you a minute to get yourself situated."
She left the room, and I sat up, wiping the goo off my belly.
"Wow, this is real," Justin said, standing next to me.
"Yeah," I said, taking a deep breath. "That's our baby," I looked at the screen. It was actually just a blob, but it was still ours.
"Are you sure your ready for this?" He asked, looking down at me.
"Are you sure your ready for this?" I asked.
"Touche," he laughed. The doctor came back in, and handed me the first pictures of our baby. She gave me the run down of the next few months, and we scheduled future appointments.
"If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. They're no stupid questions, you're first time parents and I understand." We nodded, thanking her, and we left.
"Where are we going?" I asked, when he pulled into a store parking lot. "We're going baby shopping," he smiled, getting out of the car. I squealed, jumping out and taking his hand.
"Hi welcome to Sweet Pea!" The woman said when we walked in the door. "Let me know if you need anything," we nodded, and just started looking around.
"Look at how small these are!" I cooed, holding up new born booties.
"Is his feet really going to be that tiny?"
"Her feet will probably be that tiny," I laughed. "Do you want a boy or a girl?" I asked him, as we walked down the crib aisle.
"I want a...girl," he said finally. "A lovely, cute, pink little girl." he said, pulling me into a hug.
"You don't want a tough, dirty little boy?" I laughed.
"A first born son would be nice too, what do you want?"
"I want a healthy baby," I said, after thinking for a moment.
"That sounds like the best choice," he nodded. "Here, I'm getting this." He grabbed a teddy bear off the shelf.
"Aw! Your getting BB his first teddy bear!" I saw a blush creeping up Justin's face, before he turned around.
"I'm going to go pay for this, be right back." He disappeared behind the shelves, and I was happy to have a minutes alone. I walked down the aisle wondering if my baby would be a boy or a girl. If it knew that I was it's mummy, or that I loved it very much. The doctor said the baby wouldn't be able to hear me yet, so I decided not to be a weirdo and talk to my nonexistent belly. I used to always laugh at the pregnant women who did that, but no I completely understand. It's like always having a friend around, a friend that is going to unconditionally love you for the rest of you life.
Hello lovelies! This will probably be the last chapter until next year, so Happy New Year! I thought this was a cute little filler until we get some real questions answered. If you could do me a favor and comment on the chapter before this one, I asked a few questions that I need answered before we move on. So have a safe, happy new year, and I'll talk to you guys later! (you can still comment and ask questions, I'll answer using my phone, I just can't write)

It All Started with a Tweet- Chapter 101
Later that day, Justin and I sat on the couch snuggled up in blankets. I was reading a book, he was doing something on the computer. His mom had come in, about every five minutes, always looking for something. About the fourth time she came in, Justin paused the video he was watching and looked up at her, walking aimlessly around the room.
"Hey mom?" He said, and she turned around.
    "Yeah?"
"You do know that we live together, right? Like Elena and I, we live in a house together. By ourselves." He said, with a hint of amusement in his voice.
"Of course I know that darling, why would you ask?"
"Because you keep coming in here, checking up on us. We do sleep in the same bed you know, share a bathroom, share saliva," he started to laugh as my face turned bright red. I burried my face in my book.
"I don't know what you're talking about," she said, a half smile on her face. She left the room once again.
"Fifty bucks says she's back in 3 minutes." Justin said, laughing.
"Nah, give her five minutes," I laughed. "She'll be back at some point."
"I think it's funny that she thinks we would acutally do something. One, this is basically where I grew up. That would be creepy," he laughed. "And if we were to do anything, we definitely wouldn't do it with them around," I laughed.
"She's just making sure, I get it. Wouldn't you do that to our children?" I asked, before realizing what I said.
"Yeah totally. Our daughter isn't dating until she's 30," I laughed.
"Okay over protective father, even though you're not even one yet. Goodness knows what you're going to do when we acutally have kids," he laughed.
"Hey, what do you think about taking a side trip before we head back home?" He said, clicking away on his computer again.
    "Where?" I asked, looking over.
"Chaz's uncle has a cabin on a lake in Arizona, I thought it would be fun. No one would know we were there, get a way for a few days. The guys would be coming of course, and then you could invite Katie and Marie too."
"That would be so much fun!" I said. "When would we go?"
"Well we have about three days left here, I could extend that to give everyone enough time to buy plane tickets," he said, bringing up a calendar on the computer. "There's not really a certain time we have to be back...so how about we leave on the 10th, stay until the 14th, for a long weekend, then head home?"
"It sounds amazing! All of us in a cute little cabin, acting like normal teenagers."
"Haha yeah, sounds like the perfect scenario. I'll text Chaz and tell him the details. Why don't you call the girls? It will make my mom chill out too," he laughed.
"Oh, wait until she hears that we are going to the cabin for a weekend," I winked. I think it's so funny how Patti is being that parent.
I called Katie up first, knowing she could call Marie and tell her the details later.
"Ohmygosh, sounds like so much fun! James can come too, right?"
"Well obviously. So Me, you, Justin, James, Marie, Kyle if Marie wants him to go, Chaz, Ryan, and a few other girls that they know. Sound cool?"
"Sounds great, do you want me to go by your house and grab you some stuff?"
"Oh yeah, that would be great. I'll text you a list, your the best Katie!"
"Oh, I know," she giggled. Wow, I couldn't wait for this weekend! It's going to be so much fun!
Hello lovelies, so I thought I would do some fun stuff right now, I haven't decided if I'm going to skip the rest of the Canada trip and go right to their side vacation, or put more in? Comments, suggestions?

It All Started with a Tweet- Chapter 99! (OHEMGEE!)
I shivered when the cold air brushed my skin when I climbed out of bed. Apparently we lived in the artic, or that's what it feels like. "Justin?" I called, seeing only the wrinkled sheets next to me.
"Merry Christmas baby!" He said, walking into the room, taking my hands, and spinning me around.
"Merry Christmas!" I giggled when he kissed my nose.
"Let's go open presents!" He said, excited as a little kid would be on christmas morning. He grabbed my hand and walked into the living room. My jaw dropped at the amount of presents that were under the tree.
"No way am I opening all of those! Justin, you went over board," I said, noticing the small, but expenisve pile of gifts for him in the corner.
"What are you talking about? Santa came last night," he grinned at me. "Here, open this one first," he said, handing me a square box.
"Well then, here, open this one," I said, handing him the most expensive one. We sat down on the couch next to the tree and ripped open our gifts in anticipation. In mine, was a new pair of uggs. I put them on immedietly and watched Justin's face as he realized what I had gotten him.
"No way, I can't accept this!" He said, staring in amazement. It was the new iPad, complete with thousands of apps and pictures already downloaded.
"Hey, that's the biggest thing I got you. You got me a truck load of presents." I said, pushing it back towards him. "Just accept it," I smiled.
"Okay, this is awesome!" He said, kissing my cheek. We continued opening presents, I got a new jacket, a cool new alarm clock that doubled as a picture dispaly and a radio, among other things. I stopped opening presents and watch Justin open the scrapbook I had made him. It flipped through it, just looking at each picture. I even managed to print out the one that Katie took of us last night and slip it in. It had other things besides pictures, like the map from CA and things from our European tour. I even had a leaf from the winery in Italy. "This...is amazing." He said, looking at me. "And possibly the best gift I have ever recieved." He scooted over to give me a huge hug, squeezing me tight. "Do you like your gifts?" He asked, pointing to the pile on the floor.
"Yeah, but why the winter gear?" I laughed, pointing to the gloves, hat, snowpants, boots, and new jacket.
"Did you forget we're going to Canada?" He laughed. "There's a ton of snow, we're going to do some stuff out doors."
"Oh boy," I laughed. This was going to be interesting.

"To my beautiful girlfriend," Justin said, raising his glass after getting everyone's attention. "I am so happy you are home. And I am so grateful I get to spend the holidays with you. Even if they had to be delayed a little bit," everyone laughed. "I love you," everyone raised their glasses and then took a sip before returning to their conversations. I excused myself from the table and walked over to Justin.
"That was some speech Mr. Bieber," I said, smiling and wrapping my arms around his waist.
"Why thank you, Ms. O'Neill. I though of it all by myself," he kissed the top of my head.
"Aw, I'm so proud of you," I giggled. "Come here, I want to introduce you to someone." I grabbed his hand and walked over to where Katie was standing with Marie, James, and Katie's brother. "Justin, this is Andrew, Andrew, this is my boyfriend Justin," I said, letting go of his hand so he could shake Andrew's hand.
"It's nice to meet you," Justin said, "thank you for your service man, I really appreciate it."
"It's no problem, I enjoy it," Andrew said, pleased that Justin had acknowledged his rank. It was a very unformal conversation, seeing that Andrew was only a few years older than we were. Andrew turned back to me and smiled, "it's nice to see you again Elena, we missed you the other day," I walked over and gave him a hug. Andrew had been like a brother to me growing up.
"Haha, I missed you too," I said, smiling.
"I'll be right back," Justin said, holding up his empty glass. "Are you going to be okay?" He asked me.
"I don't think Andrew is going to kidnap me," I joked, and Andrew laughed.
"She's safe with me dude." Justin nodded, and left. "So, you two serious?" He asked, glancing around the room. It was his training, but it bothered me that he was always ready for an attack.
"Yeah, we are. We've been together for about seven months." I smiled at some people walking by.
"Does he treat you right?" Andrew asked me seriously. See? I told you he was like my older brother.
"Yes," I laughed, "will you chill out? I'm okay," I said, patting his arm. "I'm a big girl now," I laughed again, and he smiled.
"Yeah, sorry. I worry about you and Katie though. Just my brotherly instinct," he laughed.
"So how is work? Are you staying safe?"
"As safe as I can hun, but obviously it's hard." He shrugged. "It's what I want to do though."
"Well, once again, I appreciate it," I said, smiling sadly. It's always hard talking to him, because any day he could be gone forever. I was reminded of that constantly. As I sat in school complaining about how boring it was, or as I get my hair cut getting annoyed because it was taking so long, he was out there fighting for his life, and our freedom.
"I know," he said, hugging me. "I'm sorry Elena."
"No, don't be," I said, wiping my eyes. "It's just been really hard these past couple days. And then seeing you brought up a lot of stuff," I said.
"Haha, trust me, seeing you isn't easy either. I was so worried when Katie told me..." he shook his head. That's when Justin walked over to join the conversation again. He stopped short, looking at my face. I was still a litle teary eyed.
"So you said she was safe with you and you make her cry instead?" He joked, walking to my side. "You okay?" He whispered, and I nodded.
"Sorry," Andrew laughed. "I'm going to go say hi to some people, I'll catch up with you later?" Andrew said, and I nodded.
"It's almost midnight," Justin said, smiling. "Do you know what that means?"
"I get to go home with you?" I said, laughing.
"That," he laughed, "and it will be a brand new year. How awesome is that?"
"So awesome," I agreed, checking the time, it was 11:30. I hadn't realized how late it had gotten. "What happens after this?" I asked.
    "What happens after what?"
"After we go home? Where are we going from here?"
"Like literally, or metaphorically?" He asked me, confused.
    "Both, I guess."
"Well tomorrow we are flying back to Canada, if that's okay with you?" I nodded, it was okay. I needed a break from life.
"Metaphorically...I don't know. Where do you want to go from here?"
"I want to start our life. Stop sitting around. All the stuff that has happened lately, the car accident and getting basically kidnapped...it gave me a lot of time to think. Think about what I want. We keep getting ripped apart, I keep coming so close to never seeing you again...why wait for things to start? Why don't we start them on our own?"
"So do you want to get engaged? Married?" He asked.
"Yeah, of course. But things like that I want to happen on their own. I don't want you to go and buy me a ring just because I asked. I want that to be a surprise. I want you to propose when you feel the time is right. I want to go to school. I want to go to school for photography. Because that's what I like, and that's what I want to do."
"Okay, you can do that." Justin said. "You can do anything you want baby."
"I want to act like normal teenagers who are in love. Enough of this heavy stuff, let's have fun."
"Sounds good to me," he laughed. "Anything else?"
"Nope, I think that's it," I laughed. "Do you want anything?"
"Just for you to be happy," he said, hugging me. "That's all."
"Everyone! It's 11:58! Let's all get into the living room!" Katie yelled, and I smiled, taking his hand. We found a place near the window, and there were people walking around the room passing out flutes of champagne. "Picture of the happy couple!" Katie said, holding up her camera, and I wrapped my arm around his waist and he did the same. We smiled, a perfect picture capturing the perfect moment.
"10, 9, 8, 7..." Everyone started couting down. I turned to look into Justin's eyes, this was my moment. "Happy New Year!" They screamed, and I looked at Justin, smiling.
"Happy New Year hunny," I said, putting my hand on his cheek.
"Happy New Year my angel," he whispered, kissing me, pulling me tighter. This was it, the moment I had basically waited for my whole entire life. "It's a new year," he said, looking at me.
"It's going to be the best, most perfect year ever," I said, leaning up to kiss him again. And I really hope it was going to be. I had waited long enough to be happy.

    chapter 1
Maybe, it's time to realize everything that is real and everything that is fake. Maybe, I should just go back and start over from the beginning. I need to know how I lost something so great; how the one I love, managed to be the one I hate but I still can't get him out of my mind. Maybe, it's all a lie, maybe I am still in love with him, but let's go back and figure this out; where everything went wrong.

Honestly, it's not that I quit my stories because I am lazy. It's just that I like to spend plenty of time analyzing and correcting it the best I can before posting it anywhere. But sometimes the ideas disappoint me and I feel that I have strayed from my original plot which makes me fed up of most of the work I come up with for the sole purpose of my joy in being an author. Because truthfully, I want to please myself before pleasing others. I want to have faith in my authorship. PaperLung yo.
