Chapter 7, Part 1
I noticed the dog was gone when I managed the strength to look up. I slowly brushed my hand again my forehead, most of the blood was coming out of there. I had to get back to my house before anyone or thing saw me. They would end me, for once if I didn't get cleaned up and sleep.
Turning the key to my house, I entered and collapsed on my bed. Alison said I needed to wakeup, so sleep right? I couldn't though, not yet, I had to clean my cut. I pulled the wet cloth to my face, whipping all the tried blood before getting to the cut, it would hurt. A Lot.
"Oww" I cringed as I lightly touched the deep cut. I took out a bandaid from the cupboard after the cut was cleaned and placed it perfectly over the cut. Changing quickly into my pajama's, I couldn't wait to get into bed, to sleep.
"Kiss me, kiss me. Infect me with your love and fill me with your poison. Take me, take me. Wanna be a victim ready for abduction," screeched into my ears, waking me up at 8:30. What happened to the soft singing of Taylor Swift? I rubbed my eyes looking above me at the glowing stars glued to my ceiling. Another day in this nightmare, I could feel the intensity. I knew I didn't wake up. I thought of staying in my house all day, nobody would be able to hurt me, right? I mean Cupcake was already gone, my puppy wouldn't bite me like the german shepherd had.
I persuaded myself to get up, Newton's Law; every action had an equal but opposite reaction, so didn't that mean the worse this nightmare, the better my dream? I let my geeky side show, not caring, just hoping it was right.
Bundled up, I stepped outside, everybody immediately stared at me. Gazing at the ground, I saw a giant blood spot on the ground, must've been from when the dog attacked me.
"B//tch," "sl//t," "worthless," "wh//re," my ears heard as I walked by a ton of people on the street. I didn't know which was worse, mental or physical pain.
The little bell rang loudly, startling me as I walked into my bakery. I had to get used to this, to all this cr//p. I pulled out all of the ingredients to make a cupcake, but threw it all back because it reminded me of Cupcake, my dog. I'll make a muffin I thought to myself.
The timer went off, screeching in my ear. I opened the oven, forgetting about oven mitts, and grabbed the steaming hot tray.
Throwing it to the ground I gave out a little whimper as I held the hand up to my face. Bubbles started to form, not the ones you would blow, but the ones that would make you cry. For hours.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I hope you liked this chapter! The story is getting kinda intense and Mona just can't take it anymore! Dream Catcher is coming to an end, the last chapter is going to be chapter 10. Chapter 7, Part 2
The bubbles quickly turned bright red and started to sizzle. I ran over to the sink, and yanked the handle over. The water splashed on my hand before I could realize it was burning hot. I started sobbing, tears rolling out of my eyes faster than a rocket. I tried to turn the handle, tried to make the water cold, but it didn't budge. Pulling my hand away from the water, I opened the freezer, grabbing ice. The cold had felt so good but the tears still rolled down my face.
"What's wrong? A little burn?" Eli said, walking in, with the most annoying voice ever.
I rolled my eyes and looked up at him. Gritting my teeth, I forced myself to keep quiet.
"It'll only get worse you know, why don't you just give up, babe." he said.
"The worse it is now, the better it'll be later."
"Most don't go to Alison until later, most aren't as smart as you, I like that."
"Maybe I figured it out myself, you never know," I smirked, getting up and walking out of the bakery. I was still holding the ice but it melted faster outside since it was 101 degrees and the sun was shining. After 5 minutes it was gone.
"Where are you going?"
Great, Eli was following me I thought to myself, "Is it any if your business?"
I turned around with piercing eyes.
"You will never wake up, nobody does,"
I ignored him, they did, he just wanted me to give up and how would he have any way of knowing?
"You don't know that, nobody does, except Alison," I said.
"Honey--"
"Don't call me 'honey,'" I interrupted Eli.
"Why don't you f//ck up b//tch, don't tell me what to do."
I started running away, I didn't want to talk to him, I just wanted to leave this nightmare. As I was running, my heel broke. What idiot would wear heels now, I thought to myself. I ripped the shoes off, and kept running. The hot ground burned my skin, but it wasn't even close to the pain of my hand, so I was able to ignore it. When I got home I just leaned against the door, closing my eyes, and drifted off into a sleep.

Chapter 8& 9
Grabbing my pink zebra blanket, I sat down on my couch with a bowl of ice-cream. As the TV turned on, the volume was up to 100, blasting my ears, shaking the couch, and echoing throughout the apartment. Failing to turn the volume down, I turned the TV off. I definitely wasn't watching TV tonight, or ever until this nightmare was over.
I decided I should go to Alison's again. I was trying to end this all but I needed help, a lot of help.
I barged into Alison's office, yet again, without a knock. "I need some help, more help than last time, please," I said but didn't notice nobody was in the room until I finished. Great, I thought to myself, I didn't have any help. I thought about waiting there but what if she was gone for days, what if she wasn't going to come back?
I finally decided to rummage through her things, maybe she had some hidden advice written down in her desk. An hour passed as I searched and searched. I found nothing.
"Maybe I should lock the door next time, why are you here? Why are you going through my desk?" Alison's voice came up from behind me.
"I'm sorry, I just... I need answers, I don't want to live in this nightmare."
"You'll make it through, don't worry." Alison disappeared as fast as she had appeared. I sat on my knees, and cried my eyes out, was I going to make it through this?
I didn't find anything while searching Alison's office and decided to go back to my house, I guess I would sleep there for the rest of my life.
Turning the knob, I heard a bunch of voices in my apartment. I let go of the knob, not opening the door, but instead, I put my ear up against the wood. I couldn't quite make out what they were saying but it was something like, "find her, she's been gone to long."
Without hesitating, I threw myself off of the door and started running out on the streets. I didn't know where to go but I'd love anywhere but here, I was sure of that.
Chapter 9
I had stopped in a giant field with long, yellow dried out grass. Laying on my back, I stared up at the almost black sky, I didn't know what time it was but the air was getting colder and the sky darker every minute. Closing my eyes, I drifted off to sleep.
The millions of chirping birds that were flying over my head woke me up. Another day, another nightmare. After laying there for about 15 minutes, I started thinking of the bad things I had done, was this why I was in a nightmare? Was it because I told my mom I hated her everyday, because I backstabbed all my friends and yet they came running back to me, because I was so mean to everybody?
Did I give the nightmare to myself?
I thought and thought, I made so many mistakes and I wish I could just take them all back. More and more flashbacks came running through my mind.
"Stop. Stop!" I yelled outloud, trying to get the memories out of my mind forever.
Alison appeared in front of me, almost ghost like.
"Mona, I think you're ready to go back, to live in a dream. I put you in this nightmare, you needed to learn. The only person you were ever nice to was Eli, you needed to learn not to be mean. You brought this on yourself, but I think you can go, I think you learned your lesson. When you got mad at me the first time you came to me in this nightmare, you got angry, upset, but you calmed yourself down before ruining the chances of never living in a dream and always living in a nightmare."
"You mean you did this? You--," I stopped myself before making another mistake, again. Alison quickly left afterwords, leaving me alone in the field. Sitting up against the tree, crying, I forgot the world.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: So here are two chapters! I really really really hope you like my story!! There is only one more chapter left which I will post really soon, it was also the first. Chapter 5
"Alison, I need help... my life, it's... it's a nightmare," I said out of breath ignoring her first comment.
"Choosing has always been a problem for you... I should've known."
"What are you talking about?"
"The reason you say 'I don't know' all the time, it's because you don't choose wisely, this is probably why you are living a nightmare." Alison said back to me.
"I just want it to end," I shouted, breaking into tears.
"It's only just begun, everybody else makes it at least a week before coming to me," Alison started giving a little attitude.
"Maybe because they aren't smart enough to find you, but I am. Now I'm asking for help, are you going to give it to me or not?" I replied snottily.
"I don't choose for people to have nightmares you know, it's not my fault you are in this situation, why should I help you?"
"Because you helped everybody else."
"You must be smart enough to figure it out yourself though, you did just say you were smarter than the others," Alison glared at me.
"I'm sorry, please help," I said quietly, cooling myself down, she was the only one who could help, I couldn't ruin my life because one little remark.
"The only thing I can do to help is give you some advice. So here it goes, you just need to wakeup, realize some things about your past."
"How am I supposed to just wakeup?"
"Even I don't know... and another thing to remember, if you want the rainbow, you got to put up with the rain," Alison said, a gust of wind blowing me outside her office.
I was laying down on the street, my back against the oven hot pavement. A shadow appeared of a dog, a german shepherd, and it was standing above me. The next thing I knew, my arms and head were laying in a pool of wet, red, blood. Teeth marks covered my body, there better be a big rainbow, I thought to myself.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I hope you liked chapter 6 :)) I already finished writing the story but I just don't feel it anymore :/ I hope you guys like it but I think my next story is going to be better! Chapter 5
I started running through the streets, Alison's office was 20 minutes away by foot. Everybody stared at me as I ran, like they were out to get me, because they actually were. I looked to both sides, no car. I looked again, this was a nightmare, anything could happen. I was in the middle of the road when the vision of a speeding car came into view, I ran just fast enough to not get hit, it just barely missed my arm, just barely ripped my arm off.
Looking back, I saw 5 guys following me, they were all old friends of Eli's. Great, I thought to myself.
"Yes, finally," I said out loud as I saw Alison's office. Just one more block.
My knees hit the ground, protecting my face from the fall.
"I was on the track team, remember?" One of Eli's friends, Mark, was standing above me. He had ran so fast, caught up to me in an instant. He also had had a crush on me since 7th grade but I always rejected him, big mistake, huh? One tear trickled down my face as I started to get back up. He pushed me back down.
"Maybe you shouldn't have rejected me 6 times, it doesn't work that was with me, and no matter how fast you run, I'll be right beside you."
I didn't reply, if I did, I would start sobbing. If I showed weakness, I would just get pushed around more, wouldn't I?
Another guy from behind him called his name, when he looked back, I knew it was the chance to run, just a few more feet, then I would be inside. I opened the big doors to the building Alison was in. I almost took the elevator, but right before I walked in, I realized it was all a trap. I would get stuck, for hours, days, could a week even be a possible option? I had no way of knowing.
"Sh//t!" I yelled out as my face hit the cold, metal step. Of course I would trip, I should've known. I slowly got back up, the pain getting worse and worse, my head throbbing more and more from the fall and confusion. I just had to go though, forget about the pain and keep walking, running, moving. When I finally reached Alison's floor, there was no waiting. I burst open the door.
"Mona... I told you to choose wisely," Alison smirked at me.

Chapter 4, Part 2
I pulled away immediately, Eli pulled back not letting me go. When I finally escaped his grip, a nearby man tripped me. I fell flat on my face.
"Big mistake running, Mona," he walked up behind me, and slapped me. It wasn't the Elie I knew moments ago. The tears trickled down my face, was this turning into a nightmare I had thought to myself. It had been 500 years, it was possible. I sat on the ground, curled in a ball, and finally Eli left.
When he was out of sight, I got up, running towards my house. I ripped open the door and went to hug Cupcake. As my arms wrapped around him, he growled, twisted my hand and bit it. The blood started running down my hand as the tears swelled up in my eyes.
"No. No. NO!!" I shouted. My hand hurt and I could feel the pain grasping me every second I moved. I through myself on my bed, sobbing, hiding under the covers.
A loud siren blasted into my ears, waking me from my sleep. Was this a dream, I thought, but when I looked at my arm, there were still bite marks and my cheeks still stung.
The door started opening, it was Eli. I froze, not even breathing. He came closer and closer and my heart beated faster and faster.
"I love you, Mona. Kiss me, baby."
"No." The one word escaped my mouth silently. Eli grabbed my head, pulling me closer to his face. He shoved his lips onto mine, I couldn't pull away.
"STOP!" I finally yelled. Eli slapped me twice this time, gritting his teeth, he said, "don't tell me what to do." I shoved him away, just long enough to escape him. I didn't know where my feet were taking me, but it was anywhere Eli wasn't. I had to find Alison, she would help, she would end the nightmare. Or that's what I thought.

Chapter 4, Part 1
"Don't kiss him," and, "mistakes... mistakes..." all raced through my mind as I was dreaming. Startled, I woke up. It was just a dream I thought to myself but when I tried to go back to sleep, all I did was wonder what was the mistake was and who should't I kiss?
"Drop everything now meet me in the pouring rain kiss me on the sidewalk take away the pain 'cause I see sparks fly whenever you smile get me with those green eyes, baby, as the lights go down give me something that'll haunt me when you're not around 'cause I see sparks fly whenever you smile," I listened to Taylor Swift sing Sparks Fly as it came strongly out of my alarm clock. It didn't wake me up, I was already awake.
I went down to my bakery today, everybody rushing around when I got there.
Typical Eli, I thought as I saw Eli walk through the door. "Mona, hey. I was wondering, maybe we could go out again? I was thinking maybe take a walk in the park, if you're still interested in me..." he trailed off.
"You mean it? This isn't a joke, is it?" I heard myself saying.
"Not at all,"
"Then it's a date, I'll meet you at the big apple tree at 2:30," I spoke confidently.
"See you there," he said walking out.
"Eww, definitely not." I threw my purple shirt on my bed. Why couldn't I find anything to wear with my new skirt I just bought? Finally, 15 minutes later, I found the perfect top. It was a white lace tank top with pink designs, it would look amazing. I grabbed a box of cookies I had made at the bakery earlier, closed my door, and turned the key.
"You look great Mona," Eli said as I appeared from behind an old guy.
"Aww thanks," I gave a quick smile. We started walking and talking, there was so much to talk about. 2 years had been a long time, Eli hadn't changed a bit though, which was obviously good since I liked him.
Sitting down on a bench, I pulled out 2 cookies, one for me and one for him.
"Thanks," we bit into our cookies immediately.
"Great cookie, I forgot how good a baker you were," he complemented me. Before saying anything, we both leaned in, closer and closer, "Don't" and "Mistake," whispered throughout my head, but it was to late to stop and listen to myself.
Our lips had met.

Chapter 3
"Do I know you?" he smiled at me as I helped pick up his books up.
"You're Eli White, aren't you?" I asked.
"I am indeed, and you" he replied.
"I haven't seen you in a while, ever since you went on that trip to America with your parents." "Mona? Mona Eclair?" he said instantly.
"The one and only,"
"Wow, I can't believe I didn't no it was you, do you want to get a drink later, you know, to catch up?"
"I'd like that," I said in a sweet, capturing voice.
"Here's my number, call me," Eli wrote 10 digits on a piece of paper and handed it to me.
"Talk to you later," I said walking away with Cupcake.
Eli went to my middle and part of my high school. We had been pretty good friends, but when he went on a 2 year trip to America, we lost touch. I had a crush on him, but he was taken at the time, and all I could do was hope that he wasn't now.
Eli and I had made plans to go to our favorite restaurant when we were kids, The Office. My doorbell dinged as I was putting on my last earing, "Come in," I yelled toward the door.
Eli walked in slowly, "You look stunning," he said to me, noticing how well the pale aqua dress had made my body look.
"Thanks, let's go," I said to him.
At dinner, we caught up on everything, he told me about America, and I told him about the last 2 years of school. I was so happy to see him, I kept smiling, probably like a weirdo.
"So, tell me, who did you have a crush on in high school?" he asked me.
"Truthfully?" I replied a little shocked. He nodded at me and I replied with the whisper of the word, "you."
"Me, really?" He looked happy, "I never would've guessed." "Are you going to return the question?"
"You," he looked down at his hands. "Those nights doing homework together, I've never forgotten them, thats why I broke up with Brooke the week before I left." He looked back into my eyes, smiling, and I couldn't help but smile back.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: There's a little romance coming along, it won't last forever though, nothing does, anyways, I hope you liked this chapter and for anyone that is confused, right now she is in her dream that she picked. Thanks for the amazing feedback!!

Chapter 2
We sat, waiting outside of the office, surrounded by people.
"Mona Eclair, Eli White," the nurse had called us. I got up, stiffening my back. Eli grabbed my hand as we walked into her office firmly, strong, confident. Today, we turned 18, which meant we were able to pick a dream, any of our dreams, and live in one for the rest of our lives. You had to choose carefully, one mistake and you were done, you lived in a nightmare, but that only happens once every 500 years.
This was the five hundredth year.
"Eli, step outside for a minute, I need to talk to Mona," Alison had said right as we walked in. Alison was in charge of our dreams, she gave us our dreams to pick out of, she was also 18, but she stayed 18 her whole life so she didn't pick a dream.
"Mona, you have only had 1 thousand dreams in your lifetime, and as you know, the average amount of dreams you are supposed to have is 3 thousand. Choose wisely."
My eyes widened as she explained this all to me, it was very rare, and nobody knew if there were consequences or not.
"Eli you can come in now," she yelled, just loud enough for him to hear. He walked in, slowly. "Men first," Alison said after he closed the door. He was put behind the curtain, and vanished. It would be okay, I would see him again.
"Mona, remember to pick carefully," Alison said as I walked behind the curtain. I held my breath. My head whirled as I suddenly remembered all my dreams, even the ones as a baby. In a flash, they were all gone, it was my time to pick, and I did.
"Drop everything now meet me in the pouring rain kiss me on the sidewalk take away the pain 'cause I see sparks fly whenever you smile get me with those green eyes, baby, as the lights go down give me something that'll haunt me when you're not around 'cause I see sparks fly whenever you smile" softly sang into my ear waking me up. I looked over at the clock, "9:34," it read.
I slowly got out of bed and threw on a floral dress, a little make-up, and some jewelry. My dog, Cupcake, greeted me at the stairs, "Hi, baby," I said to him in my puppy voice. I grabbed the purple leash I had hanging up and went to take him on a walk before going to work at my bakery.
"Crap, sorry!" I said as I bumped into someone, I looked up, remembering his face vaguely.
It was Eli White.

Chapter 1
The bus jerked to a stop, everybody standing up immediately. The sky was bright blue, the sun was shinning, there were no clouds, I listened to the chirp of birds, and the rustle of squirrels.
My hand, gripping the bar to the door, I stared out into the crowd, looking for one face only.
"Eli," I hoped out of the bus, pushed through people, and jumped into his arms once I got to him, "I missed you so much."
"I was only gone a week, come on, we have to hurry or we'll miss our dream selection. Nobody wants to be stuck in this world."
He grabbed my hand as we started running towards the office, this world, it wasn't so bad. I'm one of the few who would say that, but I'm also one of the few who had an everlasting nightmare.
"It felt like longer, like years, not even that, it feels like I haven't known you, ever."
"Are you okay, Mona?" he asked.
"Just.... nervous, I guess."
"You don't have to be, I'm with you, remember," I didn't answer, but looked him in the eyes instead, the only thing that kept me running back was hope.

Just A Kiss
Chapter 12 (last chapter)
Victoria's P.O.V.
It had been 3 weeks since I saw Hunter, 3 weeks from when we broke up, and 3 weeks from when my heart was broken.
I hadn't talked to Ash in a while, she had to go to the hospital a lot, but she got her cast off 3 days ago and was having a pool party. I pulled out my pink bikini, there was nobody I had to impress this time.
Sophie wasn't invited to the party which was good, we hadn't talked in the last couple weeks but she wasn't my friend. Luckily, she stayed away from Hunter, she realized the mistake she had made and didn't want to hurt me again.
I looked over the gate when I got to Ash's, surprised to see Hunter jumping into the pool. All I wanted was to get away from him, he was happy without me, or at least it seemed he was.
I stared at him, resting my chin on the fence. He looked back at me and I couldn't help smiling. 3 weeks was long enough. I opened the fence door, and ran towards him, jumping into the pool where he could catch me. "I miss you," I said slowly, calmly, and carefully.
He kissed me, "I love you and always will."

Just A Kiss
Chapter 11, Part 1& 2
Victoria's P.O.V.
After Ash was taken home a few hours later, I went back to Hunters house. His head peered out from behind his staircase. He looked at me, hurt, and came to open the door.
"I know how you kissed some guy, were you even going to tell me, did you even like me?"
"I was about to tell you but Ash was in the hospital and it was nothing, I don't like the guy and we are never going to see each other again! It was just a kiss, no feelings, nothing."
"Goodbye," Hunter said and slammed the door, my heart shattered.
I kept texting Hunter that I was sorry, I tried calling him, he never answered.
Sophie's P.O.V.
My bed was hot, I was twisting and squirming, I couldn't sleep. I couldn't help but feel guilty about telling Hunter. Victoria didn't know I loved him. It wasn't her fault. I got up, deciding to go to her house. I needed to talk to her, she needed to forgive me. Victoria's P.O.V.
Late at night I heard my doorbell ring. I hoped it was Hunter, my expectations were high, but it wasn't. It was Sophie.
"Victoria I'm so sorry. I... I loved Hunter and I should've told you but when you started going out... I don't know I just got angry."
"We were best friends, and you should've told me, you shouldn't of told Hunter."
"I'm sorry," she whispered out, looking at her toes.
"It doesn't matter, you can't take back what you did, it's not my fault he didn't like you more than a friend. Don't blame me. Oh and I just want you to know, we are never going to be more than friends again, ever."
Sophie's P.O.V.
I couldn't lose my best friend. I was ignoring her and I didn't want to be friends with her but that was anger, that wasn't me. I had to make things right between her and Hunter, I couldn't live with the guilt. I broke up my best friend with the guy we both loved.
part 2
Hunter's P.O.V.
It hurt me to push her away, I still loved her. I picked up a book and through it at the ground, "I'm such an idiot," I yelled at myself.
"Ding, ding, ding," I got a text, it was from Sophie.
"I shouldn't of told you what I did... I'm sorry," she said.
I ignored it but she texted me again saying, "I loved you, I thought I wouldn't be as hurt if you weren't with her anymore. But I am... please go back to her. I was there when she kissed him, it was a stupid mistake."
"You love me?" I replied.
"I did, past tense, lovED," she replied lying.
"I'm not forgiving Victoria," I said, she broke my heart, if she wanted me, she wouldn't have cheated. I didn't bother to look at what she replied. I couldn't.

Chapter 10
Victoria's P.O.V.
When I got to Ash's room, I noticed her on the hospital bed with her leg and arm in a cast. To make it worse, she had a concussion.
I looked at her mom and she read my eyes perfectly, "She was rock climbing with Sabrina and she fell off. Her harness wasn't put on properly so she just completely dropped."
"Oh my god!" I exclaimed worriedly, and gave a quick smile to Sabrina who was staring at me.
I looked back at Ash and took a seat. I was going to stay with her until she "woke up." It was 3 in the morning when I noticed her eyes fluttering, she was about to wake up. Her mom stood over, getting the doctors to come.
"What... what happened?" Ash said in a low, mumbly voice.
Sophie's P.O.V.
I pulled Hunter onto the grass outside so we could sit and talk, "I'm really sorry," I said pretending to have sympathy.
He didn't reply, but just stared into space. I started to feel bad, maybe I shouldn't have done that, but it was to late, and she deserved her revenge.
Victoria's P.O.V.
We were all rushed out of the room and were forced to sit for another hour. Finally the nurse popped her head out of the door and said, "You can all come in now."
I slowly got up, and walked in.
"Ash! Are you okay!" We all said, practically at once.
"Yeah, I'm fine," she replied.
"Victoria, how'd it go with Hunter?"
"I didn't tell him, I was about to but then you had your accident," I said looking down.
"I'm so sorry!"
"Ash, don't feel sorry for me, I'm not the one with 2 broken bones that just woke up from a concussion," I smiled at her even though the pain was killing me inside. What if Sophie had told?

I think it's stupid that the people born or grew up in the 1990's are fighting because they LIKE the same tv shows and toys.

Chapter 9
Victoria's P.O.V.
The next couple days passed quickly. Michael and I had no feelings for each other, and he knew I had a boyfriend now so we hung out. He was a really nice and funny guy and that's what made the time fly and helped me forget about Hunter and Sophie. I wish it had gone slower though, I wasn't ready.
Right when I got home, I pulled my suitcase in the door and said, "I'm going to Hunters mom!" running out the door.
Hunter opened the door and I immediately slung my arms around him, "I missed you so much! We need to talk, like right now."
"I missed you too Victoria, let's sit outside to talk."
I knew Sophie hadn't told him yet, if she did, he would've ignored me.
"So tell me about Nantucket, did you make any new friends."
"I... I need to tell you something, this is really hard."
My phone started ringing, "Victoria! It's Ashely's mom, she was in an accident. Come to the hospital now."
"I have to go, Ashley's in the hospital." I told Hunter, forgeting about the kiss.
Sophie's P.O.V.
I ran to Hunters house after unpacking my suitcase. When Hunter opened the door, I started rambling about Victoria's kiss, with a giant smile stretched across my face. "Victoria kissed another guy, she cheated on you!!" I tried to tone my excitement down. Hunter's P.O.V.
Sophie's words slowly entered my mind and they started to make sense, the first person I had ever loved cheated on me. Nice to know I was part of her game. If you've been cheated on before, you know exactly how I feel, if you haven't, you never want to. Did she even really like me at all, I thought to myself as I took all the strength I could to not cry.

Chapter 8, Part 1& 2
Victoria's P.O.V.
I got up lazily at around 11. Our lunch lunch was at 12 and it was 15 minutes away so I had to get ready. I pulled on the ugliest thing I brought, which of course wasn't ugly at all, but somehow, I had to get Michael uninterested in me, it would be much easier that way.
"I'm going to the bathroom, I'll be there in a minute," I told my family as we headed into the restaurant. When I got back to the table, all the seats were taken except the one next to Michael. He looked up at me, smiled, and told me to sit. I kept a straight face showing no emotion at all.
I felt my phone vibrate and I looked down. "Sure thing, girly," Ash said. I texted her in the bathroom to find out why Sophie hated me.
Sophie's P.O.V.
"Hey girl!!" I picked up my phone and saw a text from Ashley. I hadn't talked to her in forever.
"Hey Ashley!"
"Sooo do you have a boyfriend yet?" I wondered why Ash would text me something like that, but whatever, I thought, "No, my crush is taken by a backstabbing b//tch." "Awww! Who is he?" Ash texted back.
"Hunter," I typed in slowly, "I love him"
part 2
Victoria's P.O.V.
I got through lunch with saying a maximum of 10 words. My parents must have hated me because right then and there they decided how great it would be to talk a walk on the beach.
Everybody was talking, apparently we had all become amazing friends, except for me.
Michael slowed down until he was next to me. I was walking behind everybody else.
"Could you please tell me what's wrong," he said to me and grabbed my hand. I pulled it away ferociously, "Stop! I have a boyfriend, I love him, don't touch me again. The kiss was a mistake, I already told you."
"I didn't know you had a boyfriend... I'm sorry," he said and I felt a little guilt inside my heart, I was being to mean and he didn't know, he was trying to find answers.
"It's fine... sorry I yelled at you and everything, it's just my best friend, well she was my best friend, is going to tell him. I can't lose him." I opened up to him.
"I'm really sorry," he said.
"Whatever, forget about it," I mumbled, tears swelling up in my eyes.
"Sophie. Loves. Hunter." I read to myself as I looked down at my phone. My eyes widened and Michael noticed. He stared at me confusedly as I slowed to a stop. "She loves him," I said staring off into the distance. That was why she hated me.
