I went into my box that was supposed to be full of razors. But I found a note in their spot.
It said
"Adrienne, you're so much better than this. You're incredibly strong. You're beautiful. You're absolutely perfect. The worst kind of cry is the silent cry.
You want to scream, throw things, cut, you want to do anything to take the pain away.
But if you do people will judge & thinking you're blowing it wayy out of porportion.
You have to sit there in the dark-bawling, not knowing anybody you can talk to.
You can't breathe, you can't even think without your head exploding.
The worst kind of cry is the cry that makes you cut yourself ever so deeply.
The silent cry is the worst cry of them all.
