~Just Getting Started~
The clock stroke 7:30 and all of the sudden all I can hear is a loud screeching noise, as if claws were being dragged across a black board. But all that was just my mom yelling at me and telling me to get up. “Judy it’s the first day of school hurry! Or else you’re going to be late”. “IM AWAKE!” I replied with one eye open and the other shut. I didn’t want to go to school but I had to, it’s the first day of school, I’m finally a 8th grader and now I shall be looked upon as if I’m royalty. I dragged myself to the bathroom and closed the door behind me. I looked at my reflection and thought “Judy what have you become, you’re ugly and no one shall find you attractive!” I turned on the water grabbed the toothpaste and my toothbrush and started to brush my teeth. As soon as I got out I turned on the TV and changed the channel to Mtv, because they always play my favorite songs in the morning. I sat down on the bed and though about what I was going to wear, and what hairstyle I should do. Then it hit me like a brick, I’m going to wear my green john parker middle shirt and my white pants and to top it of my white Nikes which has pink and green in it. I straightened my hair and turned to the mirror to put on make up. I slowly put black mascara and eyeliner making sure it doesn’t smudge. I smiled at the mirror and said “ hope today’s a good day”
