C h a p t e r 12 .
Addison's P.O.V.
After a whole weekend of ignoring Alex, I decided to follow through with Jos's plan.
I wanted to tell him that I knew, but then I thought it was better to expose him as the jerk he is.
I walked over to his locker in the morning, like I always did.
"Hey Addi." He said smiling. "Where we you this weekend, I called and texted you a lot..."
"Oh, just busy." I lied.
"Oh, okay. Well prom is this Friday. What color dress are you wearing?" Alex said, putting his arm around me as he walked me to my classroom.
"Red so that your blood blends in with it when I stab you for using me." I joked to myself, but not loud enough for him to hear me.
"What?" He asked.
"Oh nothing!" I said laughing to myself. I ordered blue dress this weekend."
"Okay, well when you get it, send me a picture. I want to know what color my tie should be. We are going to be prom king and queen after all." He remarked happily.
"Yay." I mumbled through gritted teeth.
"It's going to make your beautiful eyes stand out." He said, looking into my eyes.
"My eyes are green though..." I sighed.
"Yeah, but they have these blue flecks in them. I imagine your dress makes them stand out."
I always knew I did have blue in my eyes, but it really wasn't that noticeable.
Hardly anyone has said anything about it to me.
What I wanted to know, was why does a guy who's using me notice that.
I mean it's not like he actually cares about me...
We reached my class and he left me saying. "I really can't wait for friday."
I smiled, this time it was actually real.
"Oh, me either!"

My coach is testing me for High Jump and he thinks I'm perfect for it. Lol what,
I CANT DO ANYTHING..
Okay so When they go to prom I'll probably put a link to Addison's dressss.

You might remember....
I wrote about my grandmother and her alzheimers.
She died last night.
I usually don't read long quotes, and I can understand why you wouldn't either, but I would love a little "witty-love" today.
I have never had a top quote and that would make my day.
