   Living with the Harpers
   Chapter 1:
   I'm Jamie. This is the story of how my life got flipped upside down. Or so I thought.
   It was a regular Friday. All the kids couldnt wait to leave and enjoy the rest of the
   night. I, of course, was going to hangout with Lissy, my bestfriend. So I was like
   every other kid, I couldnt sit still. When the final bell rang I bolted out of class. I
   walked to my house, my converse scuffing on the side walk. My baseball hat on
   sideways as it always was. My iPod blasting out Skrillex. It was all good.
   I walked into my house and grabbed my backpack. I headed over to Lissy's. My
   parents didn't even bother to say good-bye to me. They think they are so perfect
   and I'm the misfit child they never wanted. I walked along the path, my converse
   were falling apart. I knew I would never get a new pair but I made a note in the
   back of my mine to ask for a new pair.
   "Ja-Ja!" Lissy called as I walked up the walkway to her house.
   "Hey Lis!" I smiled as she hugged me. I walked into her room. We listened to music
   and obbsessed over our favorite movie stars. It was all really normal.
   Until I got the phone call that changed everything.
