Her whole world is changing right before her eyes, and there's nothing she can do to stop it. He's the only thing that keeps her going, the only thing that keeps her from running to escape the changes she can't handle. He's the only one who can make her feel better when she's about to cry, even though he doesn't realize it. He just works his way into her mind, not seeing a thing. He's making her world change in the only way she likes.
