It isn't the kind of relief you are looking for.
The best thing to do is find a friend... (whether is a friend since kindergarten or your dog)
Tell them what is bothering you
And hug them
It helps, a lot.
I've felt that way before but I know that if I take that fist step, I will be caught in a hole of depression. And I won't be able to get. So I didn't, I went and hugged my sister and my dog. I hugged my parents and wrote it on a piece of paper. Then I ripped up the paper. And threw it away. It felt good to tear up my problems. Please if you need help, I'll be there for you.
Also, here is the hug you need. (even if it is virtual)

OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE ALIVE. Some people can't handle it, but I know that you can handle it. Tell him that Lindsey says that he's much worse than what he is calling you. He is horrible. But don't listen to him. What made him do such a horrible thing? He's either, a himself normally, or something has happened to him that made him this way. Don't be upset by it. he's just a boy i know im not much older than you but trust me even though words hurt they aren't true. Everyone is beautiful including YOU! you just have to forget what ever hes saying because most likely hes just trying to either get your attention or hes insecure about himself so he makes fun of you and other people. reply
