I dont expect anything from anyone. I don't care if my school "friends" dont like me. I don't expect them to try to comfort me, care or even pretend to care. I don't expect them to never leave my side, because I know that the moment I do, i'll just get hurt...

Can you imagine? Can you imagine going to school one day and your little sister, brother, neighbor, best friend gone? What about that little boy you sometimes see in the office. or the little kindergartener that gets off at the first bus stop suddenley gone? Can you imagine being so young and before you even know what life is it is all taken from you? Can you imagine being a parent dropping your kid off at school for a few hours only to find out that car ride to school was the last time you would ever see your child? Some of us have never had someone close to us die, let alone see someone else die right infront of our eyes. What about the kids that didnt see anything? What about those kids that had their innocence taken from them by the simple sound of what seemed like falling cans? What will become of them? Whos there to comfort them when they dont know what happened and dont know how to make sense of it all? What if all of us came together and donated a toy, stuffed animal, or blanket with a note of incouragement to those brave little angels that survived? What if we had the power to change their small confused face into a smile? Even if its for just a moment? I know its something big and it probably will be hard to accomplish but I know that we have to try. So if anyone wants to help or has any suggestions please comment.

Today I walked home from school. I went on the opposite side I usually take. This side had no sidewalk. As I was walking alongside the road there was a car and it steered a bit away from its lane and was so close if i had been walking one step towards it, the car definately would have hit me. The worst part is as i kept walking all i could think was why didn't hit me? It could've all been over with just one step to the right.

Today my friends were talking about him. They were saying how annoying he is and how he always tries to be friends with us again after how he hurt us. I said to them, I just pretend he never existed because thats what he did to us. Later that day he came up to me and we started talking just like old times and after a while he said so we're friends again? And it took all I had to keep myself together and straight to his face say no. sorry i needed to get this out

Have you ever sat alone in an empty house and sobbed and yelled at yourself over what a failure you are? Have you ever sat there with your head between your knees and cried until you shook and couldn't breathe? Have you ever physically hurt yourself over and over for the horrible person you feel like? Have you ever had to put a smile on your face and tell your sister it will be okay,it will all be okay because you promise that one day you'll be able to take them away from it all?
