You have no idea
how much you make life bearable.
I wake up every morning with high hopes
of talking to you again, hearing your voice, your laughter,
before the end of the day.
I wake up in hopes that today will be the day
that I will hold you in my arms, hold your hand,
kiss your lips.
Each day goes by, and it’s not that day.
I don’t worry, for I have plenty amount of days
to wake up like that.
