Sorry this isnt pretty i dont know how to use witty very well but i need an opinion...my best guy friend wants something from me that he can see and he will remember me...i wrote a poem...i need advice for edits and stuff....<3 if you like it the way it is and comment for changes
6th grade we met
our friend group was set
best friends forever?
dont get your hopes up yet
6th grade ended
then came the summer
didnt talk to you much
girls were all over you and such
7th grade came
it started out lame
Mrs. Baptista we hated
the workload was stated
we had a thing
a lil spring fling
the dating ended
our friendship was mended
summer came
and summer went
when 8th grade arrived
getting to high school was our strive
winter was here
and so was Olivia
she got attached
thats when I unattached
you broke up
her tears fell down
March came fast
New York was a blast
the bus ride was fun
remember the rain?
it poured and froze our veins
we ran against the wind
searching for the mall
and it was found at last
the photo booth was good
six of us we sat
people say a picture's worth is a thousand words
this one was many more
the rest of the year
flew by so fast
graduation made us cry
Chilie's was a surprise
Summer was here
the first part was slow
August arose
our friendship still grows
school started
at different high schools; we were parting
our friendship remained
thank god because
high schools a pain
September 25th 2010
a day to remember
so many secrets hidden
our "marriage" was there
in the woods with care
it was a beautiful day
the fields of flowers to lay
October and November
flew by in a flash
Christmas was arriving
our spirits and friendship rising
Lasalette was great
good times that night
Jesus was blinking!
that sure got us thinking
New Year's came
the party was fun
2010 was a mess
2011 what will come next
our feelings are they changing?
I'm not quite sure myself
the future is pending
we just need to decide ourselves
what will arrive in the future
and what will die out
