True story; (worth the read)
Today when I was waiting in line at the store with my Mom, a little girl pointed at me and whispered to her mom, "What are those scars from on her? And why doesn't she have as much hair as I do? What's that thing on her head?"
The mom turned to her and said "Sophie, that girl is probably one of the strongest people you will meet. She has a disease and to cure it she has to take a form of medicine that makes her hair fall out. She's no different than me, or you. She's probably been through much more than she deserves. And.."
The little girl stopped her from talking and ran over to me.
She handed me a chocolate bar and said "I'm sorry you had to go through this."
She took off my bandana and she said "Walk around like that. You're much prettier." Then she smiled and hugged me. I hugged her back with tears in my eyes and thanked her.
Then she walked away.
I can't stop crying. There are still good people in the world.

Sometimes I wish that everything would go my way especially with the guy that I like, he is quiet at times but he talks to me all the time, and we met at cadets we are best friends but I started to like like him at a seamanship weekend in February, all the cadets were in the mess (the dining room) and we were sitting there and a scary part came up in the movie and he we freaking out and so was I so I grabbed his hand and told him that I was here just hold my hand and we held hands for the rest of the movie and anytime we were together (witch was most of the time) and now every Tuesday night we hold hands when we are together at stand easy (break) and my friend no he is more like a brother Kevin asked Nic (the guy I like) who he likes and Kevin told me that Nic said Rachel but I don't want to ruin to ruin our friendship but I am willing to risk it my other friend Jocelyn keeps telling me to ask him out but idk if I want to ask him out because I am scared of rejection... HELP

One Direction isn't an inspiration?
Harry: Made me believe that you don't need to be super skinny and gorgeous to get a guy. He taught me age isn't the biggest problem in a relationship.
Niall: Taught me it's okay to be different. He made me believe that some guys really will wait for the girl of their dreams, not just the other way around.
Louis: Made me believe it's ok to be immature no matter how old you are. He taught me people can change and to dress how I like no matter what people say to me.
Liam: Convinced me that if you want something bad enough and you keep trying you can reach your goals, even if you fail the first time. He also inspired me to change it up every so often.
