I want a witty best friend. I'm not desperate but it would be nice if I had one. I am great at keeping secrets and great at telling my own. I would be great to vent to because I don't criticize. I am not popular and in pretty down to earth. I'm not conceited and I'm pretty sure I'm not spoiled. I have been in tons of situations so I can relate to some of your own. Please? Just wanna let you know... I would always be there if you accept reply

Just be yourself, hun. :] You said you play sports, so strike up a conversation with some of your teammates! Once they get to know you, I'm sure you'll make some great new friends. :] Be yourself, it's always the easiest thing to do. :]Good luck! reply

my advice...
1- Think about him as more than a friend...
2- do w.e. u can to get your ex out of your mind... js... i wasted almost all of middle skool crying ova my 6th grade ex...
3- if you really dont think so... maybe drop a few hints ova how ur not ova ur ex...
4- just ask him if he was planning on asking you out... and just say everything that u said above... reply

If he's your best friend he'll understand when you tell him. You don't want to go into any relationships feeling guilty, so don't rush it. Just tell him that you need some time, and maybe when you are ready then you two could give it a chance. :) reply
