talk to him about it. he will be the only person that will know what she is talking about. dont let her attack you with words that you cant trust cuz if shes jealous she is probably just making it up. if not then there is a large chance that she is

what i would suggest is ask her for details as to how he used her. ask her for behavioral changes, words he'd use, etc, and how they were different from what he normally did. then observe him and see if the behavioral and speech patterns match up. that way, you know if he's using you without thinking the worst of him or leaving yourself open to attack.
