Softball is more than just a sport to me. It keeps me going everyday. I am always pumped for the beginning
of the season. I love the smell of freshly cut grass, and the sight of fields that have just been raked. I love hearing
people cheering for the team. It is the greatest feeling in the world knowing you are playing the sport you love
with your best friends. As the season goes on, your team is doing great. People who you didn't even know in the
beginning are now your sisters. You can't stand being away from them. The last game is always the worst game.
You have to say goodbye to all you have accomplished and hope you can come back next year and do it again
with the people you love. Your team has been through thick and thin with you. Some games you lost by one run,
other games you wish it was one run. Even if you lose, you have to know you did what you could. If you lose the
only thing you have to do is try harder the next game. There is so much more to winning. Softball is and always
will be my passion in life <3
