Rule 2: The boy should normally go after you, which is how normal love stories worked...unless you're the Happy-Go lucky-superconfident-girl who knows he likes you, go for it. :)

My teacher: Just because Jake has a girlfriend doesn't mean he can't look around. Like if he's in a resturaunt, and has a meal, it doesn't mean he can't look at what's on the menu ;)
