   My teacher made us do this 'Who am I?' presentation and we had to do it about lessons we've learned. So I thought really hard about it. One lesson I came up with was 'Fight through the pain'. I had to give an example so. I thought of my neice. She was only 5 years old when she was diagnosed with cancer. She is one of the strongest people I knew. With that on my mind I thought of one specific moment I had with her. Where she was on the beach with her mom and said, " It's okay that I don't have hair mommy, because the sand won't get in it now." She said that with a smile like nothing was wrong. So, if you're having a bad day, just think positive like her.

   People always come up to me and say "why haven't you ever had a boyfriend?", or " I know this guy who would be perfect for you," or something along those lines.
   I always tell them that I never really felt the need of having one. I mean sure I've liked some guys, but I'm only a freshman in high school right now. I don't wanna grow up just yet. I want to live my life before I get involved with something that is meant to be serious.
