This isn't a quote. It's not a vent either. I guess it's a question.
How is cheerleading harder than every other sport?!
All you cheerleaders are like, "If cheerleading was easy, it would be called football." Well I DARE you to go out on a football field and try to stop a 200-something pound guy running straight at you, all by yourself. Sure, you catch people, but always with like one or two other girls. And the people you are catching weigh like NOTHING. Sure, cheerleaders work out a lot. SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE. I play volleyball, and even though it may look easy, it's not. You think you have sore arms from catching people? Try having sore arms from stopping a ball coming straight at you with your bare forearms. It hurts. And Basketball. You may not get sore arms from that, but it's hard work. You have to run up and down a court and focus on not losing your footing. You get pushed down a lot, and you get a lot of basketballs-to-the-face. And swimming. THEY DON'T EVEN GET TO BREATHE! They have to work all of their muscles, and then still have to focus on not dying from lack of breath. I don't feel like explaining all the rest of the sports out there, but I think you get what I'm saying.
What I'm trying to point out is that cheerleading is no harder than any other sport.
