My followers mean the world to me. It's such an amazing feeling to have my stories read & favorited, because for once it feels like someone cares about I have to say. I've never felt more alone in the world than I do today, but when I write, it's almost as if I've left this life and escaped into a life where I can be anything and anyone I want to be. I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, and I'm working on fixing things. I guess I'm just trying to figure out who I am, and witty, along with a few amazing people, have helped me begin to figure it out. So thanks for stumbling upon my profile, and taking the time to read my work because you have no idea how much it means to me. I love you beautiful witty girls & guys.

    Just a Reflection
    Chapter Two
I wasn't always as messed up as I am now. At least, not on the outside. I've always managed to keep on a smile and convince the everyone around that nothing was wrong. No one ever suspected anything different, so no one ever worried whether or not I was okay. My body was healthy, and I looked like your stereotypical blue eyed, blond haired teenage girl. I maintained a 3.5 GPA, helped out around the house, dated the guy my parents approved of, and hung out with 'the right kind of friends'.
But when the summer after Freshman year came, that's when all of that would change...
    *Two Weeks into last summer*
"Hey Tiffany, can you come here for a second?" yelled my mom from the bottom of the stairs as she rushed to get ready for work.
I quickly hopped out of bed, covering myself with my bright pink satin robe, and ran down stairs.
"I'm going to be home late tonight and Dylan forgot his keys on the table this morning, so please run them over to him at The Java Bar before you go anywhere else today." my mom told me.
So typical of my dumb older brother. The kid would lose his head if it wasn't attatched to him. But at least by stopping at his work I could make him give me a free frappuccino. Even though Dylan and I deffintely had our differences we still managed to be pretty close, especially since he's only two years older than me.
A cool blast of air rushed against me as I walked out of the humid summer air and into The Java Hut. It was filled with it's usual crowd- soccer mom's rushing to get through the line, buisness men quickly tapping away on their laptops in the front, the music junkies in the back, and the 'missunderstood artisits' filling up the tables in the middle.
As I walked upto the counter to find Dyaln, the new barista in the back caught me eye. He had dark brown hair that hung at a medium lenght, with his side bangs sweeping to the side. His skin tone was a creamy white, contrasting against his dark black work shirt. As he turned around, his rich, chocolate brown eyes met mine and I couldn't help but blush as he flashed a pearly white smile.
Before I could even smile back, he started making his way toward me.
