I know you all are sick of these things. I absouletly hate them. It's just I need some motivation. For a while I have been trying to lose weight. I made a whole new witty profile so my friends wouldn't see how embarressed I am about myself. It's just whenever I tell people I need to lose weight they say 'your fine just the way you are'. But I'm not. Being way over weight is a serious health issue that can cause heart attacks and deaths. I want to live a long and healthy life but I keep gaining and gaining and I just need some inspiration. So I really hate to ask everyone on here but could you please click the little heart in the corner. For each heart I will do 10 crunches and for each comment I will do 20. I really don't want people to fave this because it makes me feel like I'm just doing this to get attention. And I also wish that everyone I knew would fave it because I really wanna lose weight. I'm trying everything I can. I will keep you all updated and I'm hoping to lost at least 7 pounds by the end of the month if not more :). Thank you for anyone who read this whole thing and faved. I love you.
