INTERNET FRAUD: A punishable crime recognized by the United Nations in which the convicted has attempted to pass of as someone as they are not on the internet, often times a celebrity or someone appearing to be physically attractive.

PUNISHMENT: $250,000 fine and up to 20 years in a federal prison.

ALSO, those charged with internet fraud are often white collar workers, and are likely to commit identity theft and mail fraud.
