I am a quiet girl who dances her words.
Hearing the conversations around me envelope my thoughts
Feeling their stares burn into me,
There every word branding across my body.
I feel the pain of each burn and carry it.
It followes me everywhere; that thing that keeps me tied down and keeping my words blank in my head
...Just sitting there wanting to come out...
...Somehow they need to come out...
I try to speak but my words slur and nobody listens.
...They never listen..
Because I am just the quiet girl use to being hurt.
who isn't important.
School ends.
Driving to the studio
Each burn still killing me with pain..
each step up the stairs I die a little more and then I'm there
It all falls off
The pain
And I dance my words into somthing beautiful
..intrecate in design..
And for just a moment I feel just as important as everyone else
But in reality I'm just a quiet girl..
A quiet girl who dances her words.

And i don't understand why some guys think its cool to hurt people.
One of my friends texted me last night and said
she couldn't take it anymore.
Two guys where calling her every mean name in the book
and wouldn't stop.
Also the guy she likes told her to never talk to him again
and she wasn't worth it.
no one deserves that!
Shes such a sweet person and she is always nice to everyone.
She has cried herself to sleep way to many times and it needs to stop.
Like if you hate guys like this

A friend: sits on the couch waiting for you to come back

Lets them treat her like nothing
Lets them break her heart.
Lets them talk behind her back while shes with them.
lets them make her cry and think its her fault and she wasnt good enough.
She doesnt understand how good she could get if she didnt fall for their little games..

I'm shy.
sometimes to shy for people to bare.
I talk to a few people,
but it took quite a while for me to be able to.
I don't really show that i have emotions,
I just bottle them all up inside for no one else to see.
I listen to other peoples problems and do everything I can to help them through it,
But my problems?
Oh no,
I wouldn't want to talk about those.
It would just bring others down too,
and I cant do that.
Just for you I will hurt more then I would have if I would have told you
because I cant handle the feeling of hurting you.
I can't.
I won't.
and so I stay this small shy girl
who everyone thinks doesn't talk because she thinks shes to good for them,
when really it's quite the opposite
...just for you...

I just cant stop thinking about him...
I spent the whole day with him yesterday and it was just like when we where together.
we where playing around
and having fun
and smiling
and every bit of me wants him back....
but i cant

Daddy,
I look up to you most out of everyone in my life. Your encouraging like no other. I've been a dancer for nine years and have never tried any other sports. I really wanted to try track but all my friends told me i can't. It brings me down like nothing thats ever happened to me; having people tell me i cant do something, but you, you told me i could. You encouraged me to prove them wrong and now I'm on the school track team running hurtles and sprints. You're deep, and with that we have a lot in common. Many people call it "over thinking" but we call it normal. We think abut a little comment someone said and take it beyond those simple words and try to figure out what happened in there life to give them that tone in there words, or to see deep down what those words mean to them, because honestly when you think about it, everything you say means something to you. You constantly tell me to follow my heart and dreams and be exactly who I want to be, because if i don't ill turn out with a job i hate just like him and it really takes a toll on your life. You can always give me perfect advice for any situation and sometimes i don't know what i would do without it. Now whenever my friends are going through a problem, they come to me now because i am a lot the same. You always kept your grades high, even when you went back to collage a few years back you gave your all to school and ended each semester with a 4.0. Now i am really strict on myself about my grades. I constantly have strait A's. You have made me the person I am today and I'm so proud of what you have made me. Thank you so much daddy. I love you so much...You are my hero.
