dad said to me in the supermarket yesterday “do you fancy stir fry” and i was like i’m not really feelin it so he said “well what are you feelin” and i said “boys” under my breath but apparently he heard me bc he was like well i don’t think we can buy those here

Parents might be amazing to their child: buy them presents, buy them a pet, give them the latest gadget, but parents will never understand what it's like to be a lost, insecure and damaged teenager. Yes they know the basic stuff but not the most important. Yes, some do. Some understand, some actually make a difference but idk, i just feel like parents just don't
understand.

i hate those people who just get to know someone and then they’re like ‘i love you’ and then two seconds later they’re friends with somebody else and they’re ‘in love’ all over again
hate me for having this opinion but when people throw the word around so they look really emotionally invested it’s weird and annoying as hell
