I'm sorry I haven't been writing a lot lately, I've been so busy, and honestly, I've been to embarrassed. I haven't been doing good at this diet, at all. It's horrible, and I am just so ashamed of myself. I've gained 6 pounds since my visit. And I see the difference. It's big. Or maybe it isn't, I just think it is. But, I just, I can't do this, it is to hard. I want to give up, but I know I can't. I have to do this for me. Lately, I've been puking up everything I have ate. And that is a horrible thing to do, I'm at my breaking point. I just can't handle some one else calling my fat. . .
