Part 3
(Avery's Point of View)
As I sat in the back seat, I looked at the familiar neighborhoods that passed by. With all the memories coming back I was starting to get a headache.
"When did Braydon get a house?" I asked, getting my mind off of things.
"A few years ago. His skating career has been going great. He's been getting so many sponsors, demos, and competitions, it's awesome. Not to mention, his snowboarding career is getting off to a good start." John answered.
"That's crazy. I never knew he was doing so well."
I lied. I knew Braydon was doing great. He was amazing at skateboarding from what I remember. Not to mention I would always see him on Fuel TV and the cover of skate magazines. And every time I took a trip to the mall, I would always see a picture of him somewhere in Zumiez. From posters on the walls to tags of shirts he would wear. God, I missed him so much.
We pulled into a driveway of a pretty big house. It wasn't a glorious mansion, but it was much bigger than average. Not to mention, it had a huge backyard. We walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. A girl about the age of 11 opened the door.
"Hi Daddy! Hi Mr. Smith!" She smiled.
It was Braydon's little sister Emily. She was like a little sister to me, considering our families always hung out.
"Oh my gosh! Avery Smith?! Is that you?!" She got so excited.
"Hi Emily!" I smiled.
She ran out of the doorway and hugged me tight.
"I've missed you so much, sweetie." I said.
"I've missed you too! By the way, my friends and I love your movies! You're so good!"
"Aw, thank you!"
"Come on, let's go inside." She took my hand and brought me in the house.
The inside was like a skateboarding boy's dream. It was a little dark, but really big and spacious. It was kind of messy too with skateboards, boxes, papers, and clothes lying around. To be honest, it looked like he never unpacked and left a mess while searching for things. I looked up towards the high ceilings. There was a beautiful chandiler... covered with boxers. I laughed as I remembered Braydon telling me how he would do that as soon as he bought a house. There was a staircase leading up to a balcony where two kids were leaning over looking down at us. One was the boy I used to know and love, Braydon. He was still pretty tall, and had messy blonde hair and that nose ring that I thought was so cute. The only thing I noticed that was different was all of the random tattoos on his body.

"Dude, is that Avery Smith? The hot chick that's always in movies?" Ryan asked me.
I couldn't answer. I was still in shock from disbelief. I can't believe that's Avery. After all these years.
