   Epilogue
   That was a year ago.
   Today, my life is as nothing ever happened.
   Me and my family are closer now, and me and Brooke
   Can never be split up. Actually Brooke was easy to find
   She was just hidden in the basement of the house I was found.
   Kevin was sentenced to 20 years in jail for Kidnapping.
   Me & Kris are going on our 2 years and now he can’t keep me
   Out of his sight, and he has stopped drinking.
   My life is a lot better than I thought it would ever be.
   In a way, I’m glad this happened to me. It has made me a stronger
   Person and it’s brought everyone closer together.
   When I was shot Kevin took me straight to the hospital.
   I would have thought he would just have taken me back to the
   Apartment and try to do everything himself, like in the movies.
   It’s just nice sleeping in my own bed for a change. Not on an ugly old couch.
   And being surrounded be all of my friends and family.
   I’m back into Dance School and in the process of creating
   My very own dance studio. I am very proud of the progress.
   You might think that I should be in therapy or shutting out the world
   Or going through a deep depression, but I’m stronger than ever.
   Nothing can get to me now because I’ve
   Escaped.

   I felt as if, people weren't as intersted in my stories anymore.
   So i've decided to end my writing. I MIGHT continue with the story.
   Kinda like a part 2 thing, but I just feel like it would be pointless.

   Chapter 8
   “Let her go!” I screamed. I can’t believe they pulled Brooke
   Into this mess, she didn’t deserve any of this!
   “Look I don’t know where it is, I never did! When I was
   First taken a guy told me to say that it was in downtown San Francisco!
   I have no idea what you are looking for, where it is or why! Just let her go please!”
   They all just looked at each other and then Mike stood up and got closer to me
   And all of a sudden he hit me and I fell straight for the floor. I could feel the blood
   coming from my ear. I started to cry. “This is your last chance Emma. Tell me where it is!”
   I just started balling my eyes out repeating the same thing over and over again. I had
   No idea where, whatever they were looking for was.
   He took me by my hair yelled in my face that he was going to hurt Brooke
   If I didn’t tell the truth. I kept on yelling, “Please don’t! You can do whatever you
   Want to me! Just don’t hurt Brooke!” He slammed me to the ground. I was so tired
   Of the lying, the kidnapping, and now it was beating? My anger went to a whole new level.
   I looked up and saw a metal box full of tools. I hurried up and grabbed it and wacked each of the
   3 in the head. They all went towards the floor. I ran for the door when suddenly someone
   Grabbed my leg and I fell to the ground. I kicked his hand away and had a hard time getting back up
   My knee was defiantly jammed. I started running/limping through the door, when all of a sudden
   I heard gun shots come towards me. I dashed out the door and started running down the street.
   There weren’t any houses nearby. I just kept on running. I looked behind me and saw that
   Mike was still chasing me. He stopped and held up his gun and fired a shot at me. With my luck
   It hit me in the leg. I fell to the floor. I could hear my heart beat loud in my ears and everything turned
   blurry. I started breathing heavy. But I started thinking, “You can’t give up Emma you have
   gotten this far. Get up Emma!” I got up, I kept on running no matter how much pain I was in.
   I finally saw a house, I ran towards it I went to the knock on the door and the door was already opened
   I noticed the house was abandoned. I ran up the stairs and hid in a bedroom and went into a closet, I covered my mouth. I could hear him running up the stairs, “COME ON EMMA!” That made me jump, cause he was in the same room I was in.
   I tried not to make noise when I breathed, but it was so hard not to because I could barely breathe.
   His footsteps started getting closer and closer to the closet doors when all of a sudden
   I heard someone attack him from behind. They were fighting and fighting until I heard a gun shot
   I prayed and prayed in my head that it was Mike who was shot. Then all of a sudden I heard a
   Voice, “Emma? Where are you!” It was Kevin. I shoved open the doors and ran towards him.
   I gave him the biggest hug I could have possibly given. I was so happy to see him.
   I all of a sudden started to get really tired. I started to hear echos, “Emma? Emma..!”
   I passed out.

   Chapter 6
   I fell back.
   Kevin is my father? How can my parents keep this from me?
   I heard Kevin try opening the door so I ran back to the living room
   Where I suppose to be watching TV. When we sat down at the
   Dinner table I couldn’t eat or even look at him. I was so mad at everything.
   What did I do to deserve all of this?
   He asked me what was wrong I told him it was nothing.
   When really all I wanted to do was scream on the top of my lungs.
   “What are you trying to protect me from when you’re the one who
   Kidnapped me?”
   “Are you sure you want to know?”
   I nodded. I needed to know the truth for my sake.
   “Your father is a part of the FBI. He made a deal with the board of France
   And he didn’t go through with it. You were kidnapped for bait. They only took
   You so your father would do anything they asked. Which so far he has.”
   “Don’t call him my dad” I blurted, I didn’t even mean to say that.
   His eyes got big. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said that.”
   “Why would you say that?”
   I looked at him, and finally said, “You should know, Dad.”
   His eyes got even bigger.
   “How did you find out?”
   I told him how I found my birth certificate.
   He didn’t really say much to me.
   This made things awkward.
   He should me where I was going to sleep which was
   On the couch, I mean come on? You kidnapped me AND
   I just found out you’re my dad? The least you can do is give me
   A better place to sleep?
   I fell asleep watching re-runs of Pretty Little Liars
   And had a rude awakening.
   I heard yelling from the other room, at first I just sat there
   Trying to wake up but it just kept getting louder and louder.
   Only to find out it was him playing x-box.
   Why do guys take COD so seriously?
   I heard something in the living and I went to go see what it was.
   I didn’t see anything so I just went back to the couch when all of a sudden
   I was grabbed. I started screaming, and Kevin came rushing in, when he came into
   The living area he was hit in the head with a plate and they took me.

   Sorry I didn't post this yesterday night.
   These next few chapter might be a bit late.
   I'm actually in the middle of my parents going through a divorce so
   things arent the best right now. But your guys support does help a lot :)

   Chapter 5
   "You're going to be okay." I heard. It was more like an echo.
   When I opened my eyes I noticed I was being carried.
   Again, another thing I was confused about. Why can't
   I just have one minute of knowing what is going on in my life?
   I ended up in a car. I noticed who was carrying me.
   It was the guy who was trying to protect me.
   I ended up falling back asleep.
   I woke up still in the car it was just me and that man.
   When I was awake enough I finally asked him what his name was.
   He told me his name was Kevin Stewart.
   Kevin Stewart. Hmm, sounds like a kidnappers name.
   "What are you going to do with me?" I asked him, kinda knowing what he was going to do.
   "I'm not the bad guy here. I'm just trying to protect you"
   "Why are you trying to protect me? I don't even know you!"
   "You might not know me but you have to trust me. I am not going to hurt you,"
   Like that made since. He's going to sit there and say that knowing he
   kidnapped me and hit me with a shovel. We ended up going to an apartment
   probably his. He opened the door and let me in and I sat down on his couch.
   He gave me the remote so I could watch something on TV. The first thing
   I watched was the news, Just to see if there was anything about my kidnapping.
   There was, on pretty much every single news channel. I didn't know my kidnapping
   was so big! It was on Nancy Grace, CNN, Fox News you name it!
   Then my parents showed up on the screen. They were crying, pleading for my return.
   Which made me cry, I missed them so much. I just wanted my life back to the way it was.
   "I'm going to go get pizza, pepperoni okay?"
   I nodded. "Wait? You're going to leave? Knowing I'll try running away"
   "The pizza place is right next door, and the door is always bolted shut, the only way
   you can get in or out is if you have a key, which I am bringing with me"
   That made my stomach hurt, and I felt like crying again,
   When he left I dashed for his bedroom looking for anything that would help me get
   out of here. Nothing. So I went to his office and looked through almost everything.
   I sat in the office chair looking around for anything. Then I saw a file cabinet that was named, "Emma Stark" Why was my name on that file cabinet? I started looking through the file
   when I came across a yellow page. It was a copy of my birth certificate.
   Why would he have a copy of my birth certificate? When I was looking at it, I felt my
   heart beat increase. My mother was Katie Stark and my father was
   Kevin Stewart.

   Chapter 4
   I don’t think I have ever appreciated everything I had in my
   Life until now. Knowing I probably wasn’t going to make it.
   On and on in my head I kept on saying the saying thing,
   How much I loved my family, and that I will miss them.
   A part of me just wanted to get it over with but another wanted
   To fight. But what is a 15 dancer against 200 pound men. Nothing.
   The door opened; a tall Italian looking male walked in with 2 others behind him.
   I just sat there watching them as they all just look at me, like I had done something
   Horribly wrong. Even if I did, I have no idea what is was.
   “Emma, I’m sure you don’t want this to be harder than it has to be”
   I’m guessing he was Mike, he wasn’t as scary looking as I thought he would look.
   “You know what I am looking for. Now where is it?”
   I started to tell him exactly what I was told to say.
   How his hard drive was in down town San Francisco.
   “Now that wasn’t so hard was it?”
   He smiled at me a half smile and proceeded to walk out the room when he
   Told the 2 men that were with him,
   “Do what you have to do”
   I looked at them both.
   Do what! I told him exactly what he wanted and he STILL is going
   To kill me? I started to hyperventilate again.
   The man who told me what to say started looking back and forth
   From me and the 2 men. Then all of sudden he started to attack them.
   Everyone just started throwing punches. Why was he trying to protect me?
   Why was I so important to him? I tried backing up in my seat but I pushed way too hard
   And fell back and hit my head on the floor. Probably looking like a complete idiot.
   I could see the blood on the floor. Then everything started becoming
   Faint. I couldn’t hear much, and I was starting to get really tired.
   Then I fell asleep.

   It's kinda a boring chapter but in another way exciting i think.
   Why do you guys think he is being so protective of Emma? :)

    Chapter 2
    *24 Hours Ago*
    “How was practice honey?” My mother says.
    “Fine. Like usual.”
    I’m a dancer and when I get older
    I want to be a professional dancer.
    Dance is my life.
    It’s how I get away from all of my problems.
    When I got home I went upstairs and took a shower.
    I could hear my phone ringing in the other room. I didn’t think it
    was important so I just let it ring. Then it just kept ringing and ringing
    and ringing. Out of frustration I finally went to get it, “I’m coming!”
    It was Brooke, my best friend for all the right reasons.
    When I answered she went on about this party at Jessica Kamerts’
    house and how I HAD TO go to it. I tried getting out of it, but she wouldn’t let me.
    “You’re going to have fun Emma I promise!”
    “Okay, Okay” I said “I’ll go.”
    *At the Party*
    It seemed like everyone from school was there.
    All of a sudden I feel someone’s arms wrap around me.
    It was Kris. My boyfriend for 1 year.
    And lucky me, he was drunk.
    “Yo-You look gr-ee-at today Bubble”
    Which was funny because that is his cats name.
    I look around trying to find him a place to sit before he completely
    falls into the pool.
    When I finally found him a spot he just kept going on and on
    About pretty much anything you can think of. He wont remember
    Anything in the morning though, he sure will hear a ear lode
    From me because he knows how I feel about him drinking.
    My dad is an alcoholic and I am not going to date one.
    I went inside the house to get him some water, and then out of
    Nowhere I had to use the restroom. I went upstairs into Jessica’s
    room, and it looked like someone took a zebra and smeared it up
    against well pretty much everything. If she bought something that
    didn’t have zebra print, she would make sure that it turned into a zebra.
    When I was using the restroom I heard someone shut the door.
    “I’m in the bathroom! You’ll have to use other one”
    Nobody answered me. Maybe they just opened and then when they saw that the lights were on shut it because the lights were on. When I started heading for the bedroom door I heard something.
    Then I blacked out.

    Chapter 1
    I woke up with a huge headache. More like a mind-grain.
    When I was conscious enough I noticed I was tied to a chair.
    I could feel the rope burns around my wrists and ankles.
    It was pitch black, and I couldn’t hear anything.
    My eyes were burning, and I could feel blood dripping down my leg.
    I had so much thought running through my head.
    Trying to remember how I got here.
    Until I heard voices, I tried hard to listen but some of the stuff they said was hard to understand.
    Whoever they were, they were both mad.
    “This isn’t what was supposed to happen!”
    “We were supposed to just grab the girl and demand what we came here for!”
    What did they want? My family isn’t rich.
    We don’t have anything valuable!
    “What is Mike going to say about this? The plan has totally back fired! She knows way too much!”
    Way too much? I don’t even know what color the room I’m in is!
    & who is Mike? Everything was just getting so much more confusing.
    I started to hyperventilate. I couldn’t even concentrate on a single thought.
    All of a sudden, everything was quite again.
    I hope they didn’t know I was awake.
    “You know what Mike is going to do when he finds out?”
    That made my heart skip a beat.
    “Kill her.”
    My whole heart dropped to my stomach.
    Then I heard footsteps.
