PLEASE eat. Not eating doesn't do ANYTHING but deprive your body of the nutrients it needs to stay healthy! If you want to lose some weight, I suggest eating 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but making sure that you eat healthy food with limited sugars and fats. You should look up www.choosemyplate.gov, it's really good. Good luck! reply

My mom knows and sometimes it's a good thing that she knows because she will always be there for me and she's been getting me the help I need to get through it. Make the best of the situation your given.(: reply

Oh my God I'm so sorry... I cut too but my parents don't know.... I feel so bad about what you have to go through now :( how did she take it? Did she start the huge convo bout saying its not right to do and those bullsh.it? reply
