aw. thats so sweet. and if you are really good friends like you say then you just talk to him and hear what he has to say. and if he doesn't feel the same way then you can still be really really good friends. i mean if you don't ask or do anything about it you will ALWAYS be wondering what would/could have happened. so i think you should talk to him. (:

ask him out. if he was on the phone at 4 in the morning with you he loves you back. but make sure he's single first. if he is take the risk.
