Sometimes I wonder
if anyone secretly stares at me during class
turning away when I look
If anyone smiles when I smile
If anyone goes and talks to their friends about me
and then shushes them when I walk by
If anyone thinks about me before they fall asleep
or wakes up thinking about me
If anyone takes the extra few minutes to
make themselves look good for me
If anyone ever tries to text me and deletes it
Or tries to gain the courage to talk to me
but chickens out again
If anyone wishes I was theirs
If anyone is in love with me
