Well I have been doing something and it seems to be working, Start to eat healthy, if you aren't already, walk in the mornings after breakfast, walk for about 30 minutes. If you don't walk in the morning, walk later on that night. Drink loads of water and juice. Try and drop sodas and sweets. One ever now and then is fine. Sweet tea is bad for you if there is to much sugar. good luck hun and hope it works for you the way it is for me.
I went from a size 3x to a large in 2 months. Btw :3

speed up your metabolism . c:
dont do it the wrong way tho .. when people say speed up your metabolism..you eat 6 meals a day. not big meals tho. you only do that for breakfast,lunch,dinner. have a snack every 3-4 hours. But make sure its healthy. This way you burn more calories. You dont have to change the way you eat if you dont want to, you can just eat small portions. Get your body use to this for about awhile and when your comfortable eating healthy start working out. People make the mistake by working out right away. NO , it doesnt work that good because your metabolism isn't that fast. So all that hard work wont make you lose weight. Goodluck c:
