The few hobbies that I do have I already do pour my heart and soul into but wherever I go someone seems to try to bring me down.

Ok. Well veryone brings you down... Pure spite and jealousy are the reasons. Don't give them the satisfaction of staying down. Get back up. Those hobbies; pour all your feelings and emotions out until you're so tired you can't een think. You'll fall asleep and won't dwell on the bad. Plus it's a release from all your pent up emotions... If that doesn't help, run. It's proven to release bad energy and keep you in shape
