1. How long have you been self harming? Discuss why you
started.
About 6 weeks. I cut before about a year ago and
that was because of my ex. I started again for the same reason
because he called me fat and ugly and worthless and just every
bad thing you could call a person. Then 6 weeks ago I was just
standing in front of the mirror and cried because I hated myself
so much. The first night all I had was a rubber band. Then it
progressed to a compass point and about a week ago, I started
cutting with a sharperner blade.
2. What part of your body is most affected by
it?
My Legs.
3. What is your motivation to recover?
Adam (My boyfriend)
4. Do you consider yourself “addicted”? why or
why not?
Yes. About a week and a half ago, I tried to stop
for one night because I wasn't feeling particularily sad and
I had been doing it for a nights just because it was a routine. I
felt the cravings and then I realised.
5. What part of self harm do you dislike the most?
Having to hide the cuts.
6. What about it do you enjoy?
Punishment.
7. List 10 activities that help you calm down.
Breathing, Closing my eyes and thinking of
adam.
8. What the most supportive thing anyone has said to you
about self harm?
I'll be here for you through it babe
9. Have you ever taken pictures of your wounds?

No, I wouldn't.
10. How do you feel about your scars?
I don't have any because I only started
using the blade not so long ago. But I have a feeling the last
cut will make a scar because it was deeper.
11. Strangest place (school, park, etc) you’ve ever
injured yourself?
School - Rubber band, no one thought anything
of it.
12. Where do you keep your ‘tools’? (Your room,
in a box, disposed of them?)
Bedside table drawer in a pencil case
(Compass & Sharpener) & rubber band just sits out.
13. What is the biggest realization about self harm
you’ve had?
The night I found out I was addicted.
14. Is there anyone you consider to be an inspiration in your
recovery?
Demi Lovato.
15. Do you visit any websites about self harm? If so, what
are they?
To write love on her arms and some
tumblogs.
16. What advice would you give to someone about self
harm?
The longer you do it, the more addicting it
gets. I know we don't know each other but you're worth it
and I'm here if you need me. I hope you recover and I will
give you as many hugs and staying up to 5am with you as it takes
to get you through, okay?
17. Do you know anyone else who injures themselves?
Just people on tumblr/witty. I'm close
with 3 of them that I met here and tumblr.

WOW WELL DONE. Never thought you'd get
here but I'm happy that you're okay. I'm glad you
found something worth stopping on and the willpower to do it.

19. List 5 reasons that recovery is worth it.
Adam, No more secrets, Not having to cover up
the cuts, being able to say that I got through it and being able
to wear short sleeves and shorts.
20. What is the most vivid memory you have of self
harm.
The first night when I was looking at myself
in the mirror and I just started to cry and lashing out at my
body and I went looking for something sharp. There was nothing in
my room, so I just got a rubber band and soon my whole arm was
red and bumpy.
&I didn't stop crying before I went to
sleep.
21. Have you tried to stop in the past? What are you doing
differently this time?
Yea I've had 2 nights of not cutting, but then I had too many
urges and had to do it again. I would try harder to cope.
22. Where/when do you feel the most calm?
When I'm reading.
23. What is your favorite inspirational quote?
For cutting: Tell me the place on your body
you hate most so I know exactly where to put my lips.
I don't know many related to cutting.
24. What are some of your main triggers? Why?
I don't really get triggered unless I
think of it or if I see my cuts or see myself in the
mirror.
25. Do you know any statistics about self
harm?
14-18%(I think it's to 18?) of teens/young adults have
self-harmed multiple times.
26. What is something that makes you the most happy?
Adam, Music.
27. Discuss any and all progress you have
made.
I haven't really made any..
28. What short-term goals do you have?
Less cuts in a night (like 2-5)
29. Do you follow any self-harm blogs?
A few on tumblr yea.

Can't on Witty but uh.. I like my
eyes and eyebrows&can sometimes be funny. I dunno.
