Always look for the bright side in things. It's hard but you can try to find it. Also look in the mirror and make a list of all the things you like about yourself. It'll be hard at first if you have self esteem issues but maybe ask your friends or family for help. Also do the things you love. Like reading a good book or listening to your favorite music. 0reply
