So we had to write a satirical poem for Lit about a
famous person we didnt like and I dont know if its sarcastic
enough so tell me what you think and try and guess who it is,
though the end gives it away. Oh and it isnt meant to
offend any of this persons fans.
America's sweetheart they say
Of course you can’t do any wrong
A role model to young girls
Standing up there looking strong
Hair that shines like golden silk
That so many try to achieve
A look that’s not for them
A look so far out of reach
With that model ready body
So tall and so slim
What girl wouldn’t kill
To look as you seam
Such a voice you were graced with
‘long with all those songs that are written
All those breakups you have
You my dear shall never be beaten
They go on bout these boys
Trying to make a statement
But one day they’ll gather
And write a song as repayment
I mean come on
All those boys you drag along
Those relationships
Never even last very long
As you walk onto that stage
With that smile on your face
Remember to thank those
Who helped you to that place

I like the beginning :3 she is kinda my life though so I don't like the end >.< but in general it's a good poem
