its funny asked this same question today ok this is what you do go to tinypic.com and upload the pic you want.. copy the link and post it in your source box when editing your profile

tinypic.com... just upload and you should find a "source code thing" for it.. paste it to the source box. it won't appear right away, but it'll give a link... hover over it awhile and it should appear.
